H’ Elite hotel

I was trying to save a few bucks so chose this instead of usual 5 star options in Tianhe. I was expecting a lot worse. Actually this was a pretty good choice. ||Room was huge and well appointed|Location was amazing . Location in Google is totally wrong. It's actually right next to Grand Hyatt and 2 min walk to underground. |Breakfast was definitely not five star but not bad. ||All in all I recommend and will come back

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. The room was spacious. The service was polite and good. I liked the breakfast which served good cheongfun and bean curds 豆花. The location was excellent as its right in CBD and near the beautiful park that connected to the Guangzhou Tower. Very accessible with lots of shopping centres and great foods.

Good hotel, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay in H’Elite Hotel.

Checked in in early morning hours. Our first room was reeking of smoke and the air conditioning was also not working properly. They were able to move us to another room the next day. Upon booking the accommodation we did specifically notified them via email that we would be staying at the hotel till 6 pm on the last day , for our flight tickets are booked for later. Last day came and they made us pay another R3300 / 180 $. Even tough we showed the person assisting us the mail , he insisted that we had to pay and rather then trying to help kept himself smart. Wont return again.

I have booked this hotel for 4 nights ( June 9- 13th). The picture posted on the website of the hotel rooms and lobby looked unique. HOWEVER, on the actual room, was old, moldy, and smelled. The location of the hotel was only 1 block away from the metro. Another twist was that the lobby is located on the 17th floor. In order to exit, from your suites 15th floor take elevator go up to 17th floor, transfer to different elevator then exit the building. Too much hassle to enter the suite or exit. As for breakfast, even in Asian prospective food was bad.

Breakfast from 0600- 10:00 but when i go at 0900 and request for 腸粉 the chef said there is no more and blame me why don’t come early it is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. The staff attitude is very rude and shouting to the customer.what a service I have experienced

這家酒店是位於廣州 CBD 商圈的 11-17 樓，週圍大都是商廈，鄰旁跟接有廣州新中軸的花城廣場。它的大堂位於 17 樓，房間分佈在 11 樓至 17 樓。||房間以簡約的裝飾，附以木傢俬為主，進入房間後感覺不錯，空間很大，冷氣的出口比其他酒店大一倍以上，所以很足夠。床也很大很舒適，寬大的書桌有風雅的一套茶具，旁邊的牆上書架有幾本書，整體感覺很別緻。||但入住後便發現了一些比較明顯的不足，主要是房間設計者沒有足夠的換位思考及中上檔酒店的住宿經驗，嚴重影響著住客的體驗。以下細列出來︰||||1. 整個房間的所有燈光，只有一個總開關控制著，而是是在其中一邊的床頭，而不是門口旁。沒有細分的開關，令到體驗很不好，例如有些客人習慣在陌生環境開著一點燈睡覺，但這裡房間便不可能，它沒有夜燈，而且當把燈關後，是整間客房的燈都完全關掉，包括廁所的。若想進廁所，便要冒著在陌生環境跌倒或踢著傢俱的危險摸黑走去廁所。而且若伴侶想先睡，不能把部份的燈關上；要把燈開關有機會也需要走到一邊床頭才做到，應用邏輯很奇怪、可便||||2. 門外打掃、請勿打擾燈的開關，也是非常奇怪的，是在另一邊的床頭！而不是通用的在門旁||||3. 由於廁所的設計不良，令到沒有足夠的空間可以放置物品。那些給抹手小毛巾、牙刷牙膏、梳子、漱口杯等東西，竟然全放在廁所外的房間內。而且廁所的鏡子上方的燈光真的不足，對於女士來說若要打扮就很不便||||4. 另外也可看出管理層的小家氣，以這酒店四星級水平的收費，竟然不是提供一次性的洗頭液、洗澡液，也沒有護髮液提供，而是與上幾批住客一起共用的。毛布也是屬於較薄檔次較低的質量產品||||另外一些問題，包括這家酒店是以服務式公寓的方式經營，有些客房租了給一些機構辦公，會把門打開，若說完全沒有噪音是沒可能的，而且雖然在十多層樓那麼高，若樓下街道上的計程車不時響號，也是可以聽見的，可見那些窗戶沒有做好足夠的隔音||||原來對這酒店有期望，但入住後卻發覺因設計、管理出現的問題，不單影響到用戶體驗，更令人覺得四星級收費，換來是三星級服務式公寓的管理水平。奇怪的是房間設計的不良，竟然可以被接受而不盡量修正。在透明的資訊社會，旅遊業競爭激烈，這等反映管理層沒有為客人用心週到考慮的營運方式，只會被淘汰。

This hotel occupies several floors of a larger building so you have to go up for the lobby and then (oddly) down for rooms. But the rooms are very large and spacious - comfortable and well-equipped. Staff generally helpful, but be prepared to wait at the lifts. Breakfast was a good range of Chinese and Western to suit your taste - the dining room has great views of the main business district. Recommended.
