广粤公馆

新世界行政公寓位于珠江新城海风路，属于广州的核心位置，住客的出行十分便捷。酒店的服务有行政公寓让人宾至如归的感觉，这是酒店最好的地方。酒店的综合配套也很好，设施很新。给我的整体印象是非常不错的。

环境不错，很干净很舒适，服务员态度很好，总是带着微笑。交通很方便，地铁珠江新城站出口不远就是。房间光线一流，配备齐全，而且布置温馨简约舒服，大床很宽很舒服。

假期有限，偶游广州，白日上下九，晚上新世界。|初次入住，有发此感，舒适打九分，位置嘛嘛地。|卫生得赞赏，服务需加强，以上谨此。

This is the best kept secret in Guangzhou!!! As an English speaker it was nice that they had people who were fluent in English at the front desk! The front desk people helped us get taxis, directions, and even a little translating when some friends of friends came to visit!!! ||We stayed in Tower 9 on 4th floor in a 1 bedroom for 8 nights. It was clean, new, large, with a washer/dryer and full kitchen. ||Then, we moved to a 3 bedroom Apartment 601 which had a washer & dryer(not combined). It was huge!!! It had a table that sat 8 people and a large living room. So, that we could relax as well as a nice porch overlooking the city. There were 2 1/2 baths. The cleaning staff kept it spotless.||The thing I really liked about the Canton Residence(besides the wonderful breakfast) is that property. In the middle of a large city they have a beautiful park in the center of the many residences where there are water spouts for kids, and a nice clean, secure area to walk.||They told us we couldn't use the "club" and would have to use the gym in a building(7?). It was great. Elipticals, treadmills, clean bottled water, towels for working out, etc.||we were just there in October 2016 so the pool/air was a little too cool to think about swimming though if we had wanted to use it we could have sat around a nice resort type setting.||Like I said, best kept secret in Guangzhou!!! O, and a free shuttle twice a day at 10 am and at 2 pm to take you to any major shopping area. Or, if you have friends to visit at the Garden hotel you can get the early shuttle at 7:40am, just have to take taxi back, which they will give you a card. It's so new that not many taxis are familiar with it so be sure to keep the card they give you for directions and you can call them to have them speak with taxi as well.||Also, it has a nice clean walking park on one side and the Pearl River on the other. Location is amazing!!! Easy to get anything you want. Shuttle takes you to Ikea, Carrefour, Metro Store, Grandview Mall(if you have kids this is a must with the play areas), etc. ||Honestly, I would give this a 20, way above a 10. Mostly business people staying here who work and are gone most of the day. We were there during what they said was the busiest season(Canton Fair), but no noise. it's a new part of town so there are not many people on the sidewalks yet. We could also walk to nice restaurants in area or near a store called Decathlon(Academy Sports for those from the USA).

这是广州最隐秘的地方！！！作为一个英语母语人士，前台有能说一口流利英语的人真是太好了！前台人员帮我们叫出租车、指路，甚至在朋友的朋友来访时帮我们翻译！！！||我们在9号楼4楼的一间一居室住了8晚。房间干净、新、宽敞，配有洗衣机/烘干机和设备齐全的厨房。||后来，我们搬到了一套3居室的601公寓，里面有洗衣机和烘干机（不是一体式的）。它很大！！！公寓里有一张能坐8个人的桌子和一个很大的客厅。这样，我们就可以放松身心，还有一个漂亮的门廊可以俯瞰城市。公寓有2个半浴室。清洁人员把房间打扫得一尘不染。||除了美味的早餐外，我真正喜欢广州公寓的地方就是它本身。在大城市的中心地带，许多住宅区中间竟然有一个美丽的公园，里面有儿童专用的喷水池，以及一个干净安全的散步区。||他们告诉我们，不能使用“俱乐部”，只能去楼里（7楼？）的健身房。健身房很棒。椭圆机、跑步机、干净的瓶装水、运动毛巾等等。||我们2016年10月才去过那里，所以泳池/空气有点太凉了，没法游泳。不过，如果我们想游泳的话，可以坐在一个像度假村一样的环境中。||就像我说的，这在广州最好保密！！！哦，还有每天两班的免费班车，上午10点和下午2点，可以带你去任何主要的购物区。或者，如果你有朋友要去花园酒店探望，你可以乘坐早上7:40的早班车，回去的时候只需打车，他们会给你一张卡。这里太新了，很多出租车都不熟悉，所以一定要保留他们给你的路线卡片，你可以打电话让他们和出租车交谈。||此外，它的一侧是一个干净漂亮的步行公园，另一侧是珠江。位置太棒了！！！很容易买到任何你想要的东西。班车带你去宜家、家乐福、地铁商店、正佳广场（如果你有孩子，这是必去之地，因为有游乐区）等。||老实说，我会给这里打 20 分，远高于 10 分。住在这里的大部分是商务人士，他们在工作，一天中的大部分时间都不在。我们去的时候正是他们所说的最繁忙的季节（广交会），但没有噪音。这是镇上的一个新区，所以人行道上还没有多少人。我们还可以步行到该地区或迪卡侬商店附近的好餐馆（对于来自美国的人来说是学院运动）。

I stayed 4 months due to a work related stay. I stayed with my two little girls and my wife. ||The staff was quite nice and they help you with the apartment if you need something (f.e. we needed the drawer fixed). The facilities have a good to high standard, the girls liked the pool, i used the gym a lot. Although they should consider to have a bathroom in the gym.||There are a many restaurants in the hotel complex, and our favorite was the Spanish restaurant and the Costa cafe, so one does not really run out of options. ||Our kids visited the nursery across the street, while me and my wife were working.||I must say I can recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning a long term stay in the region, as it offers Western style accommodation.

We've been living here for about 9 months now, and we love it. The apartments are pretty spacious, especially for a couple like us. There are many amenities, including twice a week housekeeping. They provided everything we needed. They also help us all kinds of things, including getting taxis, getting train tickets, etc. They offer some US television, and internet on a VPN (so you can still use FB, etc.) ||||One of the other residents has apparently complained often about the noise, and it is a noisy place. There is constantly some kind of construction/renovation going on around the building, which doesn't bother us at all, but can be startling sometimes.

This is more like a studio than a hotel. It has a kitchen (extremely clean) and a living room with a huge (2 M plus ) big screen tv and a nice bedroom with additional large tv. The place is prestine clean. Very contemporary. They have free shuttles to the Golf course and to the Rex. Center and to go for breakfast. The free breakfast is a menu item,not buffet however plenty of food. Great coffee. Truly the best hotel I have stayed at in 3 years living here. Wonderful places to walk. American restaurants near by. Nice golf course.

When I first came to Guangzhou I rented a short term, 3 month, apartment here. If I was a bachelor I would have stayed. But I have a family so we moved out the the sister company at Golden Lakes. The apartments here are really nice. The location is fantastic. We come here fairly regularly because there are so many places to eat.
