Such a nice airport hotel|Why no review here? |I had a problem as cant find hotel or airport information center they said they dont know and they also cant speak english….|So i called hotel mr Steven he was so helpful friendly speaking perfect english, assist me to call the hotel shuttle after midnite.|Then i had to wake up so late,|A lady at the reception she offered me late check out. So i could had a good rest. |I met her again upon check out she was so friendly help me to communicate with taxi driver make sure they dun charge me over. |Thanks ms Maggie! |Pls stay here very near airport good clean delicious breakfast too |Such a nice service

Являюсь участником программы марриот бонвой. Самый ужасный сервис за все время. Оставил депозит и повыезду и спустя 3 суток так и не вернули разницу между оплатой номеров и оплаченной мною суммой. Транзакция проведена полностью. В программе также не начислили баллы. Вылет с аэропорта в 08:00 часов. Трансфер заказан заранее в 06:00. Однако мест так и не оказалось. Вызывали такси но все вещи не влезли вместе с колясками. Никому не советую данный отель

我是万豪旅享家计划的会员。有史以来最糟糕的服务。我在退房时支付了押金，三天后他们仍然没有退还房费和我支付的金额之间的差额。交易已全部完成。该计划也没有奖励积分。 从机场出发的时间为 08:00。接送服务于 06:00 提前预订。然而，没有空位。他们叫了一辆出租车，但所有东西都不适合婴儿车。我不向任何人推荐这家酒店

What the new and great hotel , room is clean and hygienic. Although beside the airport, the earplugs is free set by hotel, so quaility of sleep is OK. The handsome boys and beauty waitress at the front desk and restaurant are so polite and warm. Breakfast is good that its level is higher than the average mid-range hotel level. Shuttle bus 1 hour 1 shift which belongs to the normal level.

酒店很新，很棒，房间干净卫生。 虽然在机场旁边，但是酒店免费提供耳塞，所以睡眠质量还可以。前台和餐厅的帅哥和美女服务员都是那么有礼貌、热情。早餐不错，水平高于一般中档酒店水平。班车1小时1班，属于正常水平。

I highly recommend this hotel. I had an early check in at 10am, a sumptuous lunch buffet that cost less than USD$10, well thought through amenities, compact yet practical comfortable room layout, friendly staff, cleanliness, 6 star pillows and pillow top mattress. Their airport shuttle is once an hour however by taxi is CNY16 or USD2.50. I will return to stay there for sure when transiting in Guangzhou next time.
