We stayed here due to an overnight layover with China Southern. to keep this all in perspective, I'm noting the positives first, the most important of which is this is a free hotel room, which beats sleeping on an airport floor 100%!! If this was an unexpected stay due to transit issues, you'd have everything you need to be fresh the next morning-- toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, soap. The staff does an excellent job of ensuring you're at the airport on time the next morning. I slept great in spite of the hardness of the bed. All rooms seem to be smoking rooms, so the air was stale in the room. I'd definitely prefer a non-smoking option, but from my observations when we ate at the restaurant, this is the culture. I've flown through Guangzhou several times and incorrectly got the impression from airport staff that everyone is great with English. This was not the case at this hotel and surrounding businesses. You will encounter a language barrier, which we did okay with overcoming through the use of pictures. Overall good stay. I would not have rated this hotel as highly in America, but bumped my rating because I was grateful that it was offered as an option and don't feel that I have any right as an outsider to determine what is proper in another culture.

decent hotel with spacious room, the beds are quite hard though. food in the hotel is delicious! great varieties of buffet breakfast. even the dinner is tasty. there's a small grocery shopping complex right next to the hotel. walking distance to the metro station.

Free hotel from China Southern Airlines transit program. I stayed 1 night for next early flight. They provided shuttle mini bus to CAN airport. Food was superb than expected. Music in hotel at night can disturb for some sensitive people.

much appreciated free layover hotel. friendly staff. communication went via mobile. didn't have breakfast, I was to tired to try it. rooms where a bit outdated but I can't complain, it was free. special thanks to china southern airlines. I didn t have to ask, they offered the hotel stay themself. getting the temporary layover visa took more than 2 hours, that was the only downside. but that wasn't china southern's fault. customs!

三樓有KTV，建議住宿樓層在五樓以上比較不受影響。 走廊煙味很重，房間內倒還好，整體清潔來說沒有問題，交通方便，距離機場跟地鐵都算近。

Не могу жаловаться, т.к. меня здесь разместили бесплатно, спасибо авиакомпании "China Southern". Номер был двухкомнатный, чистый, два телевизора, халаты, гигиенические принадлежности, все хорошо. Персонал почти не говорит по-английски, пришлось звать менеджера.

我不能抱怨，因为...感谢南航，我免费住在这里。房间是两居室，干净，有两台电视，浴袍，卫生用品，一切都很好。工作人员几乎不会说英语，我不得不打电话给经理。

Hotel is good and spacious. Staff in the hotel dont talk in english due to which it is difficult for foreigner to communicate. Even the manager cant speak english. Management should hire someone to communicate with foreigners. Had very had time communicating with the staffs using google translator.

the rooms are very spacious but filthy is an understatement! the bathrooms. The food was also horrible. and no one speaks even a word of English
