酒店設施齊全但陳舊了些，酒店允許吸煙，所以迷漫著煙味。服務人員態度很好，有求必應，我有一次外出忘了帶鑰匙，又住在6樓,但是服務員不怕麻煩幫我開門。

整體環境舒適，空間夠大，房間配置合適，周邊便利商超方便，在荔灣區廣雅路比較寧靜。學校旁邊，價格合理優惠

The first room they gave us was big but smelled like dust, the bathroom had no soap and when asked, the staff gave us in a small cup, when we complained, it was then put in a water bottle. Other rooms looked nicer so we changed rooms. Looking forward to updating my review.

Very dirty. sink was heavy yellow ditrtying on it. Shower was hard to stand on it. They didn’t clean previous guests dirt was left. also there was cockroaches. It was running on the wall ewww. I couldn’t sleep because of cockroaches so I changed my hotel next day. I moved to another branch of this hotel. Another branch was clean. And it is 900m from here. 非常脏。水槽上都是黄色的污垢。淋浴很难站在上面。他们没有清理以前客人留下的污垢。还有蟑螂。它在墙上爬来爬去，真恶心。蟑螂让我睡不着，所以第二天我换了酒店。我搬到了这家酒店的另一家分店。另一家分店很干净。离这里有900米。他们插入了另一家干净分店的照片然后接受预订。广州-广州市-荔湾区-环市西路西村五约冰厂后街23号这里是干净的分店位置

That is only one door card per room, which bring very not convenient. No TV in our room, but just leave a TV rack ! But I saw other room have TV.The carpet of corridor was broken, and super dirty, The curtain very dirty, The slide door on the bath tub looks break soon. The hair dryer holder is covered with duets. The most horrible is , I saw 2 cockroaches in my bed!!!!!!!It is crazy !!!I try to complain with the hotel: no one answered the phone, and no staff in lobby ! I have stayed a night in such this grade , business hotel in China before, all have same price arrange, but the level of cleanliness , but this hotel is the worst
