Only thing which is fine is location near chen clen academy & metro station !! else hotel is very dirty & uncomfortable .. Staff doesn't understand English properly ..Rooms are too small & bathrooms are quite okay .. Cold & hot water 24 x 7 .. Drinking water near reception better you fill bottles whenever you have time as the cans get empty at nights .. My recommendation is only take this hotel if you want to sleep in night & go out whole days else try other hotels in the area !!

唯一好的就是位置靠近陈克伦学院和地铁站！否则酒店很脏而且不舒服..工作人员不太懂英语..房间太小了，浴室还不错..冷热水24 x 7..在接待处附近有饮用水，只要有时间就给瓶子装水比较好因为罐头在晚上会空。我的建议是，如果您想晚上睡觉并整天出去，就选择这家酒店，否则尝试该地区的其他酒店！

As you enter the hotel on the ground floor, it seems promising enough, with a nice brightly lit lobby at all hours (we checked in late at night). The hotel rooms, however, are located on the 6th floor, above their Casino, and this floor is where the problems begin. Dimly lit, dirty carpeting, with nude photos in the hallways. Classy, right? Please, do not bring your children here...or anyone, not even yourself. ||||ROOM: Booked 2 “Deluxe King” rooms, pre-paid for the entire stay online. The photos represented on the website looked more like a suite. But when we got to the hotel for check-in, we were given a room that was so small and cramped with no windows. They don’t help you with your luggage (more on the "helpfulness" of their staff later), thankfully there's an elevator. And as you enter your room, you are greeted with pornographic photos (framed, no less!), condoms & lubricant on the bedside table for sale. Room has horrible lighting, contributing to the "ambience." Stains on walls, floors, bedsheets, & towels. Overall just dirty, seedy, & horrible. ||||The night we arrived, we found pubic hair on the sheets, so we asked to have it changed. With a frown, we were given a replacement sheet and were left to change it ourselves (good luck getting help from their staff). When we unfolded the "new" sheet, we noticed it was rumpled (just folded up to look new). What’s worse was that it STILL had several other hairs on it. So gross. On the first night with no shops open, we had no choice but to lay out our towels (good thing we brought our own) to place on top of the dirty sheets just so we could get some rest. I still shudder at the thought. The next day, we bought a set of new sheets to sleep on. We just couldn't take the thought of sleeping on their provided disgusting sheets. Paid full price in advance, couldn't get a refund so was forced to stay here for the entire duration of our stay in Guangzhou. ||||AMENITIES: Airconditioner was working alright. TV has one English channel (Pearl). Water dispenser in reception area, free hot & cold water. Free WiFi, but slow & unreliable connection. Electric water kettle was dirty, yellowish and rusted, looked like it hadn't been washed in ages. We bought a new one to use in our room. No refrigerator, even if the hotel voucher states the room has a refrigerator. Refrigerator with drinks for sale in the lobby. No in-room safe. ||||BATHROOM: Extremely small bathroom about 4 squaremeters total, including the shower, toilet, and sink, with hardly any space to move. For perspective, I am a very petite Asian woman, yet I found the bathroom small. No divider/curtain between shower and toilet and the sink (think: you can take a shower while on the toilet, it’s that close together). Toiletries provided: 1 small soap, bath gel, shampoo, shower cap, comb, toothbrush & mini toothpaste. Hot water available, although water pressure was irregular and weak. Toilet flush was not working properly. Toilet was leaking from the bottom...heaven knows what was leaking out. Did not feel or look clean at all, so I had to clean the entire bathroom myself before use. ||||SLEEP QUALITY: Several noisy guests at all hours of the night to early morning (drunk? Presumably from the casino, 2 floors below the hotel room floor). Sometimes their own staff is noisy. Doors don't help keep noise out. Be prepared to be awoken while sleeping.||||SERVICE: Non-English speaking staff. We spoke the local language, but still had little luck getting any proper service. As explained earlier, you are left alone to your own devices. Have fun trying to get them to help you.||||LOCATION: A very short walk to MTR, Chen Clan Academy (陈家祠) station. Walking distance to many restaurants (including one right on the ground floor) & convenience stores, fruit market, bakeries & pastry shops, coffee shops, & department store, grocery. ||||OVERALL & VALUE FOR MONEY: As I say in my title, the location was the only good thing about this "hotel", and even so, not even enough to justify booking here. I wouldn’t stay there even if it were free. Truly an uncomfortable and horrendous experience, one of the worst “hotels” I've ever been to. We are never coming back, and if you want my advice--neither should you. Learn from our mistakes, spend a bit more money, and save yourself from a ruined trip.

当您进入一楼的酒店时，您会发现它似乎很有前途，大堂全天候明亮（我们在深夜登记入住）。 然而，酒店房间位于 6 楼，赌场上方，而这一层正是问题开始的地方。 灯光昏暗，地毯肮脏，走廊里挂着裸照。优雅，对吧？ 请不要带你的孩子来这里……或任何人，甚至你自己。 ||||房间：预订了 2 间“豪华特大号床”房间，并在网上预付了整个住宿费用。 网站上的照片看起来更像是一间套房。但当我们到达酒店办理入住手续时，我们得到的房间又小又拥挤，没有窗户。他们不会帮你拿行李（稍后会详细介绍他们工作人员的“乐于助人”），幸好有电梯。 当您进入房间时，您会看到床头柜上出售的色情照片（镶框的，不少！）、避孕套和润滑剂。房间里的灯光很糟糕，营造出一种“氛围”。墙壁、地板、床单和毛巾上有污渍。总的来说就是肮脏、破旧、可怕。 ||||我们到达的那天晚上，我们发现床单上有阴毛，所以我们要求换掉。皱着眉头，他们给了我们一张替换表，让我们自己更换（祝你好运，得到他们工作人员的帮助）。当我们展开“新”床单时，我们注意到它皱巴巴的（只是折叠起来看起来很新）。更糟糕的是它上面还有其他几根毛发。 太恶心了。 第一天晚上没有商店开门，我们别无选择，只能把毛巾（好在我们自己带了）放在脏床单上，这样我们就可以休息一下。 我至今仍为这个想法感到不寒而栗。第二天，我们买了一套新床单睡觉。我们只是无法接受睡在他们提供的恶心的床单上的想法。提前支付了全价，无法退款，所以我们在广州逗留期间被迫住在这里。 ||||设施：空调工作正常。 电视有一个英语频道（明珠）。 接待区有饮水机，免费冷热水。免费无线网络，但连接缓慢且不稳定。电水壶很脏，发黄，生锈，看起来好像很久没洗了。 我们买了一个新的放在我们的房间里使用。 没有冰箱，即使酒店优惠券上注明房间有冰箱。 大堂的冰箱里有饮料出售。没有室内保险箱。 ||||浴室：浴室极小，总共约4平方米，包括淋浴、马桶和水槽，几乎没有任何活动空间。从角度来看，我是一个非常娇小的亚洲女性，但我发现浴室很小。淋浴间、马桶和水槽之间没有隔板/窗帘（想一想：你可以在马桶上洗澡，因为距离太近了）。提供的洗漱用品：1小块肥皂、沐浴露、洗发水、浴帽、梳子、牙刷和迷你牙膏。提供热水，但水压不规则且微弱。厕所冲水无法正常工作。厕所从底部漏水……天知道是什么漏出来的。感觉或看起来一点也不干净，所以我必须在使用前自己清洁整个浴室。 ||||睡眠质量：从晚上到清晨都有几位吵闹的客人（喝醉了？大概是来自赌场，位于酒店房间楼层以下 2 层）。有时他们自己的员工很吵。 门无助于隔绝噪音。准备好在睡觉时被吵醒。||||服务：不会说英语的工作人员。我们说当地语言，但仍然没有得到任何适当的服务。 如前所述，您只能使用自己的设备。尽享让他们帮助您的乐趣。||||位置：步行不远便可抵达港铁陈家祠站。步行即可到达许多餐馆（包括一楼的一家）和便利店、水果市场、面包店和糕点店、咖啡店、百货商店、杂货店。 ||||总体及物有所值：正如我在标题中所说，位置是这家“酒店”唯一的优点，即便如此，也不足以证明在这里预订是合理的。 即使它是免费的，我也不会留在那里。 确实是一次不舒服和可怕的经历，是我去过的最糟糕的“酒店”之一。我们永远不会回来，如果你需要我的建议——你也不应该。 从我们的错误中吸取教训，多花一点钱，让自己避免一次毁掉的旅行。
