三阳酒店

Some hotels in China have figured out that Westerners like AC but not this one. I have been staying here every few years for 11 years and had not stayed here in about 4 years. Same as before, they control the AC, not you. So every night around 3AM I woke up sweating. No use in trying to work the control in the room, they control it. They used to cut the entire power, now just the AC. I left my dirty laundry in one of their bags on my suitcase and they took it and had it done. Usually I would applaud this service but I did not fill out a form saying I wanted it done, nor did I put it in the area where you put the laundry. So not only did we have to pay for it but we had to go back the next day after we checked out. The bed is harder than most even in China. Checkout took 10 minutes. She hand totaled everything and she did not give me the receipt even though I asked for one. So we had to go back the next day to get one. The positives are the housekeeping staff did a great job with the cleaning and replacing towels and the extra comforter I requested. Also the shower pressure and rain head are amazing for a China hotel. Also the host for breakfast had my room number memorized by the 3rd morning. Not a lot of Americans that week! The food has always been very good there and has not changed in the 11 years. They also renovated the rooms which are nicer but still can be noisy.

My sister and I selected the Japanese style room. It didn't smell cigaret, which is difficult to find in China in this kind of hotels.||Clean, nice shower, comfortable mattress. Good breakfast - many options including western food.||As always in China, not enough toilet paper. The carpet in the elevator very nasty.

First nobody speaks a single word of English at the reception. I ended up in a room quite dark, no wifi, cold water in shower and the shower faucet completely rusty. Plus, the air cond unit was non efficient and with very annoying metallic noise. Their breakfast was not acceptable as well: breakfast room was quite full so I sit among other people in a middle of a very long table. Waiters were not paying attention and I had to ask for all utensils and napkin to be brought on the table. Food was not good: oily beacon, bad taste sausage, .....the only good part was the bill, very cheap at the end.||I will never go back in this hotel.

首先，接待处没人会说英语。我最终进入了一个非常黑暗的房间，没有无线网络，淋浴的水很冷，淋浴水龙头完全生锈了。另外，空调装置效率低下，并且发出非常烦人的金属噪音。他们的早餐也不可接受：早餐室已经满了，所以我和其他人一起坐在一张很长的桌子中间。服务员没有注意，我不得不要求将所有餐具和餐巾放在桌子上。食物不好：油腻的灯塔，味道不好的香肠，......唯一好的部分是账单，最后非常便宜。||我永远不会回到这家酒店。

我对这家酒店比较满意，这家酒店不好的地方就是隔音，因为这家酒店靠着路边，所以一开窗户就感觉吵了一点，这家酒店的装修风格没什么特别的地方，酒店内设有娱乐设施，例如KTV、健身房、桑拿什么的，外面还有一个免费的停车场，这家酒店的服务人员的服务水平不错，一进去就有人接待，门童过来接行李，早晚问候、日常打理都挺好的，四星级的服务嘛！还有就是这家酒店的地理位置不错，离市区有十公里左右，打车用十五到二十分钟就够了，挺方便的。

That's who gets to stay here, I was told. No, definitely not a tourist hotel, at least not a non-Chinese tourist hotel, fine if you're with a tour group or something. A glass wall between the shower and the bed seemed overly engineered, like everything was laid out so it would be just that way, and there was no hot water, maybe that was engineered as well. The water was cool, probably not freezing cold only because it was summer. The room smelled like a cigarette, as did the restaurant downstairs, where people were smoking heavily while they ate, to the accompaniment of a professional karaoke singer, along with her organ player and disco ball. Food tasted like cigarettes too. Nothing outside in the area at all to speak of, factories, some little shops selling cell phones, electronics parts, a busy highway that's getting an upper deck, but there is an open air food stall right on the corner open at night that I'd probably try if I knew about it before I tried dinner at the hotel. Room was reasonably clean and modern, had a PC in it, flat screen TV. There is a little office downstairs selling tickets for buses that run to Shenzhen airport, to the Hong Kong border, and to some other places, so its convenient that way. All it all it was ok.

有人告诉我，只有这样的人才能留在这里。不，绝对不是旅游酒店，至少不是非中国旅游酒店，如果你是跟旅行团什么的就可以了。淋浴间和床之间的玻璃墙似乎设计过度，就像所有东西都布置好了，所以就这样，而且没有热水，也许这也是设计的。水很凉，可能不至于冰冷，只是因为现在是夏天。房间里弥漫着香烟的味道，楼下的餐厅也是如此，人们在专业卡拉 OK 歌手、风琴演奏者和迪斯科球的伴奏下，边吃饭边抽烟。食物的味道也像香烟。该地区外面没有什么可说的，工厂，一些卖手机、电子零件的小商店，一条繁忙的高速公路，上面有一个甲板，但拐角处有一个露天小吃摊，晚上营业，我'如果我在酒店吃晚饭之前知道的话，我可能会尝试一下。房间相当干净和现代，里面有一台电脑和平面电视。楼下有一个小办公室，卖去深圳机场、去香港边境、去其他一些地方的巴士票，这样很方便。一切都还好。

这是一个四星级的酒店，她们的房子都是分高、中、低层的，我当时住的是中层的，感觉总体还可以，处在惠州区，地理位置还行，服务不是很好，像她们的微笑啊这些表情不到位。卫生情况也是一般，整体感觉还行，很干净，但就是觉得好多细节的东西做得不好，具体我也不好说，这边餐饮的价位蛮高的，不过口感还是可以的，酒店有自己的停车场，停车位倒挺充足的。

Stay at this hotel for 3 nights for my business trip on Aug 2013... Overall the hotel is ok... However, it's not located in the centre of the town and also not walking distance to the bus station. The shops nearby mostly are the machine shop or factory. it's inconvenient for those who is looking for eatery nearby... breakfast very basic and not much choice... If you wish to stay for business purpose, this is an ok hotel... If you wish to stay for holiday then please choose a better hotel with the location consideration...

我在酒店里面手表忘记拿了，他们一直帮我保存在那里，然后跟我联系，把手表寄给我。卫生很干净，我住的房间里面看不到脏的东西，我住的是一种女士房间，里面全是那种粉红色，不管是墙壁还是家具，以及用的东西都是粉红色，很可爱，很温馨。他们那里什么东西都有，不管西餐啊中餐啊都有，而且每个房间入住都会送早餐，你开房间的时候在前台就会给你早餐券。房间的隔音效果也是很好的，我听不到车子来往的声音。
