酒店離淡水有點距離，出門都需要打車，房間整潔，服務員態度一般，沒有特別好，也沒有特別差，房間空調很冷，一直20度，冇辦法調，只可以開同熄，水壓超細，浸唔到浴，開一缸水起碼等九個字先滿

酒店很乾淨，很大，裝潢很豪華。房間也很大，特別是廁所，有浴缸也有企缸，泡澡還有電視看。我們一家四口，過來探親，住這酒店，升級到兩張大床的房間，很大。附近有一個鳳凰山可以遊玩。

I would rate the hotel 3 stars max. Definitely ain’t 5 star. There are no facilities- bars are closed, executive longer closed, swimming pool changing rooms and facilities are not open. So there’s nothing to do. The room is fine but the pillows are not comfortable, stains on bedding and towels. I mentioned it was our anniversary but they didn’t prepare anything special like a normal 5 star hotel. Which is always a good test to see how great the customer service is in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was low in quality, low quality coffee, not real orange juice etc. some bacon and eggs but nothing else special.

我最多会给这家酒店 3 星评价。绝对不是五星级。 没有任何设施 - 酒吧关闭，行政部门关闭，游泳池更衣室和设施不开放。所以没什么可做的。房间很好，但枕头不舒服，床上用品和毛巾上有污渍。我提到这是我们的周年纪念日，但他们没有像普通五星级酒店那样准备任何特别的东西。这始终是一个很好的测试，可以看出五星级酒店的客户服务有多出色。早餐质量低下，咖啡质量低下，不是真正的橙汁等。一些培根和鸡蛋，但没有什么特别的。

酒店環境舒適，乾淨衛生，裝修豪華，工作人員服務態度誠，物超所值，下次會再入住。

2017 落成的六星級酒店，設計風格時尚。有很大的無邊泳池、健身房。房間較大亦十分乾淨。餐廳的自助餐很多很豐富。食物質素高！

洗手間比之前環境差了，多了地方發黃發黑有點點異味，清新空氣做的不夠床鋪地板都夠乾淨

A new hotel that is only opened a few months earlier (2017). Rooms inside are nice and comfortable. The girls in the reception are gentle and helpful. (Marks: 83/100)

酒店是一家打著六星級酒店的旗號開幕的酒店，酒店最大的特色是酒店的大堂非常氣派豪華，而酒店本來亦是新酒店，所以有很多地方也是很不響錯的
