开平海伦堡大酒店

位置很接近東匯城，雖然要步行幾分鐘路程，但夠清靜。房間很大，亦很整潔衛生，設施不多，但玩了一天，回酒店就是要好好睡一覺。

The bed is hard, the room is hot, the lights are scary, the breakfast is meh. Around this hotel, there are more better hotels. Conclusion this hotel is meh. Because it has TV.

床很硬，房间很热，灯光很吓人，早餐很一般。这家酒店周围还有更多更好的酒店。结论这家酒店很一般。因为有电视。

酒店里面環境乾淨，工作人員態度也好好，很好的體驗。住過很多次，下次亦會選擇，有露台，真的很合我心意！

The check in was fast and without much hassle. We were given the pool-view room with balcony and with the hotel within an upcoming housing estate so there are new blocks of unoccupied apartment across our room. Nevertheless the view from our room is still a pleasant one. There is a construction of new apartment next to the hotel block; however we did not find it disturbing during our stay there. We’ve requested for a king-sized bed and overall the room is spacious and most importantly clean. Each room comes with complimentary bottled water and a fruit basket. The hotel breakfast tasted ok for me however it will be quite cramped during peak hours since the restaurant is pretty small. ||||The hotel is not located in the city centre and therefore traveler without car will find it quite inconvenient as we notice there are not many public transports going around Kaiping town.||||Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel and service provided. Would love to come again and definitely will recommend to all friends and family.

办理入住手续很快，没有太多麻烦。 我们入住的是带阳台的泳池景观房，而且酒店位于即将建成的住宅区内，因此我们的房间里有新的空置公寓楼。 尽管如此，我们房间的景色仍然令人愉快。 酒店大楼旁边正在建设新公寓；然而，我们在那里逗留期间并没有发现它令人不安。 我们要求一张特大号床，总体来说房间很宽敞，最重要的是干净。 每间客房均配有免费瓶装水和水果篮。 酒店的早餐对我来说还不错，但是在高峰时段会很拥挤，因为餐厅很小。 ||||酒店不在市中心，对于没有车的旅客来说会很不方便，因为我们注意到开平镇周围的公共交通并不多。||||总的来说，我们对酒店很满意，提供的服务。 很乐意再来，并且肯定会推荐给所有朋友和家人。

酒店周围环境不错，绿化都非常好而且非常安静，不是高楼层酒店是整栋楼只有四楼的，里面是环保的布置风格比较欧式，后边有游泳池啊，整个外观设计都比较欧式，服务态度各方面都可以，不是高档型豪华的酒店是比较欧式比较环保比较绿色、悠闲、安静，比较适合旅游、商务居住。有会议室但是不是很高端的会议室，这家酒店的整体满意度觉得很好的，卫视还可以交通也方便，有停车场而且大的不得了。价格也相对来说不贵一晚两百多，花的物有所值，房间的空间比较大。餐饮做的一般般，做的简单，因为是主要是旅游来的就快点吃完不是专门享受吃。

The check-in was typical of a Chinese hotel. I booked a suite and it was a large room. It was relatively clean and nice. The days that I spent there were very hot and the air conditioner wasn't keeping up. The interesting thing was the refrigerator. I "need" cold drinks so I made sure that they had a refrigerator in the rooms. The only thing was that the frig wasn't cold, not even cool. It was room temperature even turned to max. When asked at the front desk, the nice young lady claimed that they weren't supposed to be cold. My incredulous comment about that induced her to find me a frig that was able to cool the drinks, but not cold.||||While the hotel itself was okay, it was far from things. Most of the shops around the hotel were deserted and empty. There's a large mall about 10 minutes walk away. That's not bad except if on very hot and/or rainy days.

登记入住是典型的中国酒店。 我订的是套房，房间很大。这是相对干净和漂亮。我在那里度过的那几天很热，空调也跟不上。 有趣的是冰箱。 我“需要”冷饮，所以我确保房间里有冰箱。 唯一的问题是冰箱不冷，甚至不凉。 室温甚至达到最高温度。 当在前台询问时，那位漂亮的年轻女士声称他们不应该冷。 我对此的难以置信的评论促使她给我找了一台冰箱，可以冷却饮料，但不冷。||||虽然酒店本身还不错，但离其他东西还很远。 酒店周围的大部分商店都空无一人。 步行约10分钟有一个大型购物中心。 这还不错，除非在非常热和/或下雨天。

We stayed here for one night over Christmas 2009. It’s a fairly new hotel located on the outside of a private estate. We couldn’t find any restaurants or shops close to the hotel that were open as the rest of the estate was still under construction and vendors have yet to move in, but the hotel restaurant does ok food if you need something to eat. The restaurant also has outdoor seating next to the pool if you want to eat alfresco. ||||The hotel is a 5 minutes cab ride from Yi Ci Che Zhan (there is a bus to HK, takes about 4 hours; single HK$130, return HK$240).||||The hotel staff were extremely helpful and efficient. They helped to arrange a driver for us: we paid 250RMB for half day (1pm - 5pm) and 300RMB for full day (10am - 5pm). It is better to arrange for a driver rather than get a taxi as the driver will stay with you for the whole day. Some of the places we went to didn't have any taxis waiting around...||||We booked online and paid 268RMB per room (incl. 2x breakfast and tax). BARGAIN!! They gave us a room on the "VIP" floor - the top floor with an enclosed balcony and overlooking the swimming pool. Hotel service was excellent, rooms were very clean and spacious, bathroom was roomy too with separate bath and shower. Also had hairdryer, clean white towels, slippers, toiletries, tea, coffee, kettle etc. || ||The main places you want to visit are: Zili village, Li Yuan Garden, Majianglong Village and Chikan town. You can also ask the driver to take you to Ruishi lou - the grandest of the diaolous - this is off the tourist track and fantastic for picture taking. ||||I would highly recommend this hotel.

2009 年圣诞节期间我们在这里住了一晚。这是一家相当新的酒店，位于私人庄园的外面。我们在酒店附近找不到任何营业的餐厅或商店，因为庄园的其余部分仍在建设中，供应商尚未搬入，但如果您需要吃点东西，酒店餐厅的食物还可以。如果您想在户外用餐，餐厅还设有泳池旁的户外座位。 ||||酒店距离一次车站约5分钟车程（有巴士到香港，需时约4小时；单程港币130元，回程港币240元）。||||酒店工作人员非常乐于助人，高效的。他们帮我们安排了司机：半天（下午 1 点 - 下午 5 点）250 元，全天（上午 10 点 - 下午 5 点）300 元。最好安排一名司机而不是乘坐出租车，因为司机会整天陪着你。我们去的一些地方没有出租车在等...||||我们在网上预订的，每间房支付268元（含2份早餐和税）。便宜货！！他们给了我们一个位于“VIP”层的房间 - 顶层有一个封闭的阳台，可以俯瞰游泳池。酒店服务非常好，房间非常干净、宽敞，浴室也很宽敞，有独立的浴缸和淋浴。还有吹风机、干净的白毛巾、拖鞋、洗漱用品、茶、咖啡、水壶等。 ||主要想去的地方有：自力村、梨园、马降龙村、赤坎镇。您还可以让司机带您去瑞石楼——最宏伟的一座——这里远离游客路线，非常适合拍照。 ||||我强烈推荐这家酒店。

很意外不到五星级的酒店能有这么好的环境，它们的房间比较大装修也还可以，房间里面的硬件设施不错，洗手间里面的细节卫生做的还不够，但是绝对对得起这个价格，装修属于美国西部的那种装修，用木头装饰材料比较多。他们的服务态度不怎么样，门口都没有门童，也很少有服务人员主动的来询问需要什么帮助而且没有地下停车场只有露天的那种。
