周六入住.前台服務員總是常帶笑容並問候客人需要,房間環境和衛生良好,周日有事辦理通知前台可否延遲至中午12時30分退房, 回覆為便利客人,可延至下午2時, 能體貼客人需要,酒店管理方面真的服務人性化,值得稱許,

天矇矇眬眬就起床出发了，出差就是这样！幸好睡得很好，房间配备的润肤露很贴心实用！酒店位置不错很便利，前台服务、房间设备都挺好！

The room was confortable and excellent customer service. From the balcony the smell of cigarrette is very strong. Some common area also has smell. I love the bakery in lobby. Today I went and customers smoked inside the shop. Very upset this practice! Great location and has a trail close to hotel that you can walk, nice river view!!

房间很舒适，客户服务也很棒。从阳台传来的烟味很浓。一些公共区域也有气味。我喜欢大堂里的面包店。今天我去了，顾客在店里抽烟。这种做法很不爽！地理位置优越，酒店附近有一条小路，您可以步行，河景优美！

自2017年起，回恩平總會住華美達酒店，但今次入住經驗卻是最差的一次。是次預訂了2間房間，被分配住1607及1608房間1. 設備：房間有數盞燈是斷了電，以為是故障，通知服務員上房，服務員聲稱，為了節能所以斷了電，在客人角度住酒店希望房間光猛，但華華達卻要房間偏暗。2：是次入住自助早餐額外付款的，第一天早餐只有三、四籠點心， 第二天侍應問家人食什麼麵早餐？煮來一碗，真的沒想過這就是自助早餐。經過是次入住，相信下次不會再入住了！

There is so much wrong with this hotel for the international traveller. You cannot use visa or AMEX as a way of payment. If you’re foreign, you must pay everything in cash, assuming you don’t have UnionPay or WeChat Pay (which you can’t get without a CN bank account…). The staff can’t speak English. While that seems a very privileged thing to say, this is an international hotel, where guests may not speak Chinese. The staff also hounded me throughout the trip. Once, I was in the shower, and they battered on my door until I got out and saw them! The place generally is very unclean. There is mould all over the bathroom, there are stains on the walls (…). The bed is honestly concrete. Oh and we got a breakfast coupon! Woo! It was two yoghurts and two rice cakes. And they let them in the room the day before, without a fridge. Thanks… I’ve stayed in a lot of international hotels in China. This isn’t the worst, but it ranks in the top 5 worst!! Recommendation? Stay in the other international hotel in the city.

I joined a group tour of two days to visit western part of Guangdong Province in mid-November and stayed in this four star hotel for one night. The number of rooms per floor is slightly more than ten and there are only two lifts serving each floor. The provisions inside room is very good as it is spacious and with everything you would expect in a four star hotel including wifi and power sockets. The room was clean and tidy although the sound insulation was not excellent from outddor noise. However, the buffet dinner and breakfast was only comparable to a three star hotel in terms of variety and quality.

我11月中旬参加了一个为期两天的粤西旅游团，在这家四星级酒店住了一晚。 每层的房间数量略多于十间，每层只有两部电梯。 房间内的设施非常好，因为它很宽敞，配备了您在四星级酒店所期望的一切，包括无线网络和电源插座。 房间干净整洁，但隔音效果不是很好，不受外界噪音的影响。但自助晚餐和早餐的品种和质量只能与三星级酒店相媲美。

酒店房間和床都ok, 但隔音好差，聽到樓上有人跑來跑去的聲音，浴室的燈間斷式自動關掉，價錢算合理如果住一兩晚應該可以忍受！

Room is big but have smoking smell 😔Walking around 8min have a lot restaurant.

房间很大，但是有烟味😔步行8分钟就有很多餐厅。
