当时住的时候我感觉良好，首先是服务蛮不错的。我记得我们在哪里住的几天每天我们都是把房间搞的乱乱的，但是每次回到房间的时候打开房门房间确是很干净的。晚上的时候他们服务人员还会询问我需不需要什么东西，也不是每天都会问，只是问过两次，反映出服务非常周到。但是还会有一些人员不是很好，比如说楼层里面的服务人员就怎么样，感觉对客人都是不理不睬的。

步行街购物是很方便的就在酒店的后面，但是很旧比较老性价比也不高的一家酒店，房间里面什么设施都有就是比较老，像衣柜啊都有些味道了，墙纸上看上去也是挺老的，我住的时候这个楼层里面就我一个人，感觉服务人员的表情有点盲目了有点爱答不理的，在这边吃饭也不方便，酒店有吃饭的地方但是很贵，我就去外面的西餐厅吃去。

沙拉的话下次回家可以试试。玉子很粉嫩，过于粉 嫩……荞麦面倒是还成。

I will start with the few positive aspects of this hotel: It is very centrally located, and it gives easy access to Xinhui's shops and restaurants, all well within walking distance of the hotel. I wish to commend the cleaning staff, who were unfailingly polite and did a marvellous job of keeping our room clean. Also, hotel rooms are heated, which may be an advantage during the cooler months in Xinhui. Not many hotels in Xinhui offer heating.||||And now for the many disadvantages: Front-desk (reception) staff are surly, rude and unfriendly. They refused to address most of our concerns. I’m not quite sure what they actually do all day. Very little from what I saw.||||On the day of our arrival, I found a used condom wrapper and condom box beside my bed. We called front-desk staff, and they said this: “We’ll take care of it tomorrow. Not now.” No apology. I said, “You will take care of it right now!” Reluctantly, they sent a member of the cleaning staff to our room. She was both pleasant and ultra-efficient. As I said before, the cleaning staff were all very nice. And thank goodness for them! One of the few redeeming aspects of the hotel.||||The bathroom drainage is appalling, and all manner of odours come from the drains. The toilet did not flush properly. We were told that the hotel had been renovated. If so, not one lick of work has been done to the bathrooms. Renovations indeed! Hard to see any sign of renovation in our antiquated room.||||Yes, there is free Wi-Fi, but it does not work well, and is terribly slow.||||On the weekends, the hotel is invaded by low-budget Chinese travellers, who take great pleasure in chain smoking, yelling at the top of their voices in the halls at 2 a.m. and generally behaving badly. If you wish to sleep well during the weekends, you won’t. Once again, front-desk staff do not care about this or any other problem you may present.||||Like so many hotels in China, this hotel allows smoking on all floors. Be advised that you may need to sleep with the windows open at night if you happen to be a non-smoker.||||Hotel management seems completely absent most of the time, and decisions are left to front-desk staff who appear to have no interest in good customer service. I give them my lowest mark.||||Good luck if you stay at this hotel!
