I and my family stayed at Nanhai wing. Service from the front office was perfect, especially the beautiful lady Tina at the front desk, she was super nice, very attentive to details and helpful. As she noticed that we were a group of three and she helped me to change to another room as the original room that I e-check in cannot provide a sofa bed. She also offered us an extra breakfast as for my diamond status only got 2 free breakfast. She was also very kind to offer a late check out for my family. |Facilities of the hotel are also perfect as the two hotels share the use of swimming pools and gym rooms. |Executive lounge is also very nice with good views and delicious food. Service is also great, especially Martin, the EL supervisor who was very helpful and proactive.|Overall speaking, great location, spacious room, excellent service. Will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! Luna and the hotel team went above and beyond to make our trip special. They arranged two rooms with stunning sea views and surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake for my son’s celebration. The kids had a fantastic time!||A special shoutout to the housekeeping staff who helped set up an infant crib and bed rail. Their kindness made our stay even more comfortable.||Highly recommend this hotel for families! We can’t wait to return!

第二次来入住南山希尔顿南海酒店。还是熟悉的味道还是一如既往的温馨。虽然这次是中秋入住房态非常紧张还是给升级了海景房 。太赞了^^|酒店设计的二栋楼非常的有意思。分成南北翼。泳池也有好几个。太喜欢了。|这次入住的望海翼15楼。就在行政酒廊旁边。下午茶 欢乐时光都非常方便。在酒廊看海景也是深圳酒店里面的yyds。酒廊的服务水准在深圳都是数一数二的。周琼瑶Bailey小姐姐的服务耐心温馨 给我们安排入座 调酒 服务的非常非常的让人暖心。 点一个大大的赞| 有机会一定还会回来。|期待下一次入住|||

Executive lounge - 15th floor:|Very helpful and accommodating stuff!! highly appreciated!|Aileen is the best! :)||One point I do want to make is the food there - Happy hour is generally nice, however, once it is done there is practically nothing to eat in the lounge. Since in some cases we arrived after 8PM it was quite disappointing to only have some soft drinks and minimal snacks (peanuts and so)|To be honest, lounge access isn't cheap, and in reality, we didn't cover the cost of it, sort of speak on at least 50% of our stay (we were there for 6 nights||Tomer

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The executive lounge is one of the nicest with a wide variety of beverages and food. The gym and swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) clean and we'll maintained. Definitely returning in the near future.

Always stay at this hotel when in Shenzhen.. I have stayed in many hotels here but no other compares. Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent service and English skills. Now my go to hotel when in SZ.|I always upgrade to the amazing executive lounge as well worth the extra. Special thanks to Doreen in the executive lounge.

I stayed 3 nights for a business. The rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. An evening buffet in the OPEN restaurant is highly recommended, with fantastic staff. The hotel staff went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable, especially the amazing receptionists. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen.
