硬石酒店

The hotel location is excellent, close to the subway and the plaza. The staff is nice and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the room was an issue. We found a lot of dust on top of the safe inside the cabinet, some snack pieces on the floor under the sofa, and the glass cups were dirty and clearly not cleaned before being put back into the cabinet. Additionally, one of the light switch sockets was loose. This didn't leave a good impression of the hotel.

酒店位置极佳，靠近地铁和广场。工作人员很好而且乐于助人。然而，房间的清洁度是一个问题。我们发现柜子内的保险箱顶部有很多灰尘，沙发下的地板上有一些零食碎片，玻璃杯很脏，在放回柜子之前显然没有清洗。此外，其中一个电灯开关插座松动。这并没有给酒店留下好印象。

I felt deceived. When I arrived at the counter, I was offered an upgrade to a Rock Room for an additional 200 per day. I decided to pay for it, but my friend, who didn’t upgrade and stayed on a lower floor, had a room that was exactly the same. It felt like a scam. Despite paying extra, I couldn’t access the executive lounge. On the last day, my friend was allowed to check out at 2:00 PM, but I, having paid more, was initially only allowed to check out at 1:00 PM. After some argument, I was also allowed to check out at 2:00 PM.||The staff were polite, but I believe there are serious issues with the company’s policies. At the restaurant, I waited 45 minutes without being served. After multiple reminders, it took an hour and a half to get my meal. The hotel’s management has significant problems. The pool is extremely small and crowded.

我感觉自己被欺骗了。当我到达柜台时，他们给我升级到 Rock Room，每天额外加 200 美元。我决定付钱，但我的朋友没有升级，住在较低楼层，他的房间却是一模一样的。感觉就像一个骗局。尽管支付了额外费用，我还是无法进入行政酒廊。最后一天，我的朋友被允许在下午 2:00 退房，但我支付了更多费用，最初只被允许在下午 1:00 退房。经过一番争论，我也被允许在下午2:00退房。||工作人员很有礼貌，但我认为公司的政策存在严重问题。到了餐厅，我等了45分钟也没有得到服务。经过多次提醒，花了一个半小时才拿到饭菜。酒店管理存在重大问题。泳池非常小而且拥挤。

the room was extremely dirty and full of dust! The toilet was dirty! There were lwftover candy wrappers in the drawers!!! small toy sticked on the ceiling.. And my baby saw "something terrible" at night. The worst stay in my life. The location was good, but we can't accpet this quality.||It was my bday trip, and i have told the staff, ofcoz nothing offered even a cake to me. How can I complaint my issues to their top management???

房间非常脏，满是灰尘！厕所很脏！抽屉里有一堆糖果包装纸！小玩具粘在天花板上。我的宝宝在晚上看到了“可怕的东西”。我一生中最糟糕的停留。位置很好，但我们不能接受这种质量。||这是我的生日旅行，我告诉工作人员，ofcoz 没有给我提供任何东西，甚至没有蛋糕。我如何向他们的高层管理人员投诉我的问题？？？

The hotel was good conditions and the staff was polite and helpful, only the birthday cake deliver time was delay as we ask for 21:00 but we need to call at 21:15 and finally show up at 21:30. The swimming pool was good but the staff tell us the pool will close on next day when we approach pool counter.

nice room and convenient location, close to MTR and Shopping Mall. Lunch buffet will stop the foods refilling after 1:30pm....but the buffet shold be from 11:30 to 14:30.

房间不错，位置便利，靠近地铁站和购物中心。午餐自助餐将在下午 1:30 后停止补充食物......但自助餐时间应为 11:30 至 14:30。

As a 5 star hotel, they has to improve the cleanliness of the bedrooms.||There has a lot of dust and hair hidden inside of the beds, and the air-vent are||accumlated the black fungi.

作为五星级酒店，他们必须提高卧室的清洁度。||床内藏有大量灰尘和头发，通风口也积有黑色真菌。

酒店房間都算幾大~仲有個圓形大浴缸🛁|Staff服務同態度都不錯~|Package包左烘焙workshop整曲奇,同埋附近嘅手藝工場整小手工~小朋友玩得好開心~性價比高👍🏻|地點很好~對面就係大商場MH Mall

I like this hotel, the vibe was good.The staff are friendly and the room was clean. The swimming pool was too small, but I enjoy my stay there
