宝华酒店

We booked this hotel most of the time when we came to Chaozhou. It used to be kinda old and poorly maintained. We only liked its location. Good thing is, it was refurbished during COVID and it is now like a brand new 4-star hotel! No renovation at the entrance hall, lobby, and ground floor canteen, l don't know why. But then you stay at your room most of the time, right? We were very pleased with the new amenities found in our room, with most of the modern gadgets we can possibly have. Voice-controled assistant, Japanese style fully automatic toilet, you name it. Bedding and towels are clean, no cigarette smell... While hardware is greatly improved, l think its software is lagging behind. Remote control's battery was dead, the shower hose was leaking... Overall, we had a nice surprise. With perfect weather (blue sky, 16 degree temp, light breeze), I must say we had a wonderful Christmas holiday there.

我们来潮州大部分时候都订了这家酒店。它曾经有点旧而且维护得很差。我们只喜欢它的位置。好消息是，它在新冠疫情期间进行了翻新，现在就像一家全新的四星级酒店！ 门厅、大堂、一楼食堂都没有装修，不知道为什么。但你大部分时间都待在自己的房间里，对吧？我们对房间里的新设施非常满意，其中包括我们可能拥有的大多数现代小工具。语音助手、日式全自动马桶，应有尽有。床上用品、毛巾都很干净，没有烟味。 虽然硬件有了很大的提高，但我认为它的软件还是落后的。遥控器的电池没电了，淋浴软管漏水...... 总的来说，我们有一个很好的惊喜。天气非常好（蓝天、16 度的温度、微风），我必须说我们在那里度过了一个美好的圣诞节假期。

We stayed here on our family trip back to visit our ancestral village. Our group have elderly people (70s&80s), young kids (5&7&10), teenage and adults. We stayed here for 5 nights. ||The facility is basic, only the rooms and eating place. Do not expect a resort thing such as swimming pool. Room itself is good by China standard. Maybe not a six star perfect but comfortable. Bed is very comfortable. Maybe some sound from the street below and karaoke but not a big problem. Not super sparkling clean but clean enough. A little under staff though. Also, if you do not speak Chinese, there may be communication problem with the staff. ||Main problem is not from the hotel itself but from the general character of Chinese people. They smoke everywhere all the time! In the lift, in the corridor, in their hotel room and open their door chatting loudly while letting the smoke seeping into other people's room. All of us are non-smokers and are bothered by the smoke so much, especially young kids. ||Their buffet breakfast is good by Chinese standard. However, for westerner, the menu they offer may be quite difficult to eat. They have very nice boiled rice with ample Chinese style condiments such as various pickles, stir fry veggies, fried egg, soy sauce tofu, etc. They have hot soup noodles station which is very good taste. Fresh fruit. Hot Soy milk and milk. ||To me, my 5 nights in this hotel passed by comfortably. I slept soundly every night. Hot nice breakfast everyday. I don't need much more than this! ||

我们一家人回家乡旅游时住在这里。我们的团队有老年人（70 岁和 80 岁）、幼儿（5 岁、7 岁和 10 岁）、青少年和成人。我们在这里住了 5 晚。 ||设施很基本，只有房间和吃饭的地方。不要指望有游泳池之类的度假村。按照中国标准，房间本身很好。也许不是六星级的完美，但很舒适。床很舒服。也许下面的街道和卡拉 OK 会发出一些声音，但问题不大。不是超级干净但足够干净。不过人手有点不足。另外，如果你不会说中文，与工作人员的沟通可能会出现问题。 ||主要问题不是来自酒店本身，而是来自中国人的普遍性格。他们总是到处抽烟！在电梯里，在走廊里，在他们的酒店房间里，打开门大声聊天，让烟雾渗入别人的房间。我们所有人都是不吸烟者，并且深受烟雾困扰，尤其是年幼的孩子。 ||按照中国标准，他们的自助早餐很好。然而，对于西方人来说，他们提供的菜单可能很难吃。他们有很好的米饭和充足的中式调味品，如各种泡菜，炒蔬菜，煎鸡蛋，酱油豆腐等。他们有热汤面站，味道非常好。新鲜水果。热豆浆和牛奶。 ||对我来说，我在这家酒店的5个晚上过得很舒服。我每晚都睡得很香。每天都有热腾腾的美味早餐。我不需要更多的东西！ ||

看上去比较新，然后里面配备的设施也很齐全，像房间的里面会有冰箱，还可以上网。卫生搞的也很好，像地板浴室和床铺都很干净。自助早餐吃起来也不错，品种很丰富。这里的服务人员的服务不错，我们去办理手续的时候，服务人员的态度会很热情的接待我们。酒店所在的位置一般，不是在闹市区，不过打的到闹市区也不是很远，大概十分钟左右就到了。

说来和这个酒店还是很有缘分的。曾经两次住在这家酒店，而且都住了很长时间。酒店分为普通客房，高级客房和行政套房。其实房型都差不多，就是好像干净程度不同。16-18是行政客房，最干净，又很安静。早餐还算好。房间的被褥很干净，服务员也很敬业。每天都认真打扫房间。最让我满意的是这里的上网速度，超快！！！如果你喜欢泡吧，那更好，酒店5-8层都是KTV，听说是潮州最好的。

It was suppose to be a comfortable stay, we had 2 nights stay here & bought supper (red wines plus 3 large boxes of braised goose) into our hotel rooms. Must express, clean & spacious. Until, we realise all guest rooms has its fridge locked (we thought it is a guest friendly service). Our braised goose, which we could not finish that night, (1 full box out of 3) - went to waste (we could only offer these to the room service), still edible. We checked out with a heavy heart (with the question of locked fridge), until we saw the Lifts with a sign that reads "take lift up to XXth floor, U Turn the Lifts". All of us have a good laugh. Thinking to try "U turn a Lift".||Mind all, the wifi were all very unstable, all ten of us experienced these.

这应该是一次舒适的住宿，我们在这里住了两晚，并在酒店房间里买了晚餐（红酒加三大盒红烧鹅）。 必须表达、干净、宽敞。 直到我们意识到所有客房的冰箱都锁上了（我们认为这是一项对客人友好的服务）。 我们那天晚上吃不完的红烧鹅（三盒中有一整盒）——被浪费了（我们只能将这些提供给客房服务），但仍然可以食用。 我们怀着沉重的心情退房（因为冰箱上锁的问题），直到我们看到电梯上有一个牌子，上面写着“乘电梯到XX楼，掉头电梯”。 我们大家都笑得很开心。 想尝试一下“掉头乘坐电梯”。||请注意，无线网络非常不稳定，我们十个人都经历过这些。

环境不错，房间里的总体印象。摆设比较大气的那种，好像都是红木的。房间空间大，房间里没有摆一些绿色的植物或者鲜花。房间隔音效果还行，房间里面有宽带没电脑。房间床太硬了，其他的就没有了。其实酒店就这样越新越好，越老越坏。地理位置可以，旁边坐车也方便，购物也还行，旁边有大型的商场超市之类的。没有在酒店用过餐，自己去吃小吃，出去随便拦辆车说去吃小吃，很出名。办退房手续时候前台服务好像差不多吧。酒店内部卫生，卫生方面反正有好有坏，收拾房间的时候把那垃圾堆在房间门口这个很讨厌。

在携程订的房，由于特殊原因要晚到，在约定到店时间前已致电前台说会晚到帮我留房，前台满口答应，结果晚上9点到店，被告知预定已被取消，真是令人无名火气。还想告诉我无房，但发现我并不是那么好忽悠的人，谁不知道潜规矩，给房来就是。幸亏我预定的是高级房，在12楼以上。上楼时就让我感觉非常不好了，电梯满满的是一些叼着烟满口酒气的乱七八糟人，原来8层以下是KTV，有没有驾步不好说，反正我很反感这种环境，很没安全感，而且总感觉这些房间都是炮房。房间内倒是挺好，装修时尚，卫生间也非常干净，除了墙上有几个大脚印没人清理，这更证明了住店人的素质。但是窗外有闪动的七彩霓虹灯，大煞风景。房间内灯光算充足，就只有洗手台很昏暗，只有一支聚光聚到很窄的射灯。淋浴也很舒服，各种洁具也不错。第一天晚上网络不同，第二天早上又神奇地好了，证明网络有问题。顺带一提，酒店虽有大停车场，但由于有很旺的KTV，所以晚上别指望能开车进来停，就算你说是住店的保安一样不让进，自驾游人士千万不要选择这个酒店，没位置停车你会很头痛。

性价比还不错，感觉挺好的。客房的硬件都很好，有网线，网速还可以。房间主要以米色为主，采光，还有隔音都挺好的。各方面服务都挺好的，早餐中式都有，是自助的，口味很好。卫生很好，都感觉特别干净、透彻，我每次都住这的。这个位置比较好，出行比较方便，当时我是开车来的，挺好找的，车位很多，可能当时是淡季吧，到时会有人带你停车的。
