燕城大酒店

I stayed 3 nights over at the Yan Cheng Hotel in November 2013. The rooms are very comfortable and well stocked with amenities. Dinner is good Chinese selection and very tasteful. Breakfast however is something else. The last morning I thought of trying out the breakfast at the hotel in contradiction to my two colleques' advise. I could get my order placed due to the language difficulties because their English is better than my Chinese but still it didn't help. I was taken to the back of the kitchen and was shown different types of food and I selected certain items till I saw something swimming in what I don't know whether it was stock, milk, soya sauce or what. I initially thought it might me a turtle as can be expected, however it was a rat. Yes a rat. I cancelled my breakfast there and then and settled for a KFC breakfast next to the hotel. This left a bad taste in my mouth...

2013年11月，我在盐城酒店住了3晚。房间非常舒适，设施齐全。晚餐是很好的中式选择，非常有品味。然而早餐是另一回事。最后一天早上，我想尝试一下酒店的早餐，这与我的两位同事的建议相矛盾。由于语言困难，我可以下订单，因为他们的英语比我的中文好，但仍然没有帮助。我被带到厨房后面，看到了不同类型的食物，我选择了某些食物，直到我看到有东西在里面游泳，我不知道它是高汤、牛奶、酱油还是什么。正如我所预料的那样，我最初以为这可能是一只乌龟，但它是一只老鼠。是的，一只老鼠。 我在那里取消了早餐，然后在酒店旁边吃了一顿肯德基早餐。这让我的嘴里留下了不好的味道......

算当地最好的酒店，在市中心，旁边就是步行街。房间比较干净，床单和被罩都很白，地板也很干净，卫生间马桶冲洗的也很干净，拖鞋不太干净，很多人穿也不洗。服务一般，就是登记以后很少见到服务员上来，除了要什么东西送过来，一般不会找你问什么其他要求。房间的装修一般，白色的墙和砖红地板，基本硬件就有电视机，空调和沙发。

酒店所在的地理位置、交通方便,服务也比较满意,房间硬件设施还很齐全,卫生做得也还可以,酒店开了大概五、六年了,酒店没有提供早餐,但是酒店周围吃饭,逛街购物都很方便。
