Hetian Shanshe Hotel

Amazing place to stay! You get to experience the serene countryside. The beautiful views start outside of your window and never end. And even inside, you are greeted with amazing hospitality. The owners are kind, generous, and extremely helpful. They gave us suggestions for places to go, rented us an electric scooter, and provided wonderful conversation. They went above and beyond to make our stay very convenient. They were also patient with any language barriers. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay, the family that run it are very kind and helpful. They lent me a bicycle for free and organised me a taxi to the hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet, I will definitely stay here next time.

This is a great hotel. We stayed here for three nights to explore Yangshuo region. Room had balcony with a view of karst hills, river and rice paddies and was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful with information. We rented bicycles at the hotel to go to Shilli Gallery and followed Yulong River up for a few hours to see the old places and villages. Scenery around here was spectacular. At the hotel we could smell fragrant flowers strongly, coming from the narrow street outside. A great place for dinner was Giggling Tree Inn, which can be reached by bicycle. This hotel is in a traffic control zone where no taxis or normal buses can come in. Special blue buses serve between GongNong bridge and Jima Gate which is an entrance to the zone. From Yangshuo High Speed Rail station, bus comes to the FengMing Gate of the zone where a special bus connects to Gong Nong gate. Another option, which we did not take, was to rent electric motor scooters near or right inside or outside the entrances.
