Hotel has been around here for a while but still very well maintained. Shanghai-La standards. Close proximity to local food options.

因為是春節期間是北海旅行,酒店的活動非常豐富 酒店乾淨但設施並不新,離金攤很近,最主要的是地理位置離老街並不遠,酒店的停車也非常方便

我是香格里拉的会员，这次是因为公差去北海，单位订的香格里拉酒店。虽然不是位于传统的商业区，但是周围环境很好。酒店有个超大的停车场，我们单位据说就是看中这个停车场才选的这个酒店（因为我们去的人、辆都太多）。||香格里拉酒店集团不愧为老牌的酒店集团，设施和服务都很到位。我们乌泱泱一群人到酒店，门童工作人员很主动帮我们开门、提行李，然后指引我们到前台。我们这么多人，酒店不花太多时间就全部办理完入住，效率非常高。||一进酒店大堂就是熟悉的香格里拉的香氛味道，非常有亲切感。房间很大，很安静。洗浴用品是香格里拉集团一致的用品（和我住过的深圳福田香格里拉酒店一样）。整体装修让我很有亲切感。浴室没有手持花洒，但因为年代久远，所以也可以理解。||酒店旁边的海滩有栈桥，风景非常好。晚上很多人在那边看日落、散步。因为我晚上还有工作，所以只能远远看着其他市民在那边散步，很是羡慕。酒店早餐也很丰富，该有的品种都有，味道非常不错，也有即磨咖啡机。||总体来说，是一家非常不错的酒店。

The hotel is famous for its top-notch hospitality and services, and I can’t deny it. From the entrance, lobby, check-in process, to sending our luggage to our room, it is perfect and smooth. The room is spacious with a carpet and a king-size bed. We also received a bowl of fruits, a set of toiletries, coffee and tea, and a fridge stocked with beverages (not free). They also provided essential items such as an iron (extra marks for that!), a hair dryer, and a hairband. The only things that I think could be improved are the bathroom, which has a somewhat dated 90s vibe, and the TV, which is still using LED technology. The pillows are just okay, not as comfy as they used to be. Overall, the hotel is perfect, from its location and Wi-Fi connection to the breakfast and its well-trained and professional staff.

I had an absolutely fabulous experience at the Shangri-la in Beihai. I had notified the property prior to our arrival that we are coming to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival at the warm reception and the ease with which we were checked in. Jenny amd Summer at the front desk were awesome and were always polite and helpful in whatever way possible.Our room was fabulous, clean and comfortable and I love the decor , we even got a chris**as tree, a glass of wine and fruits! Breakfast was splendid and every day we were delivered fresh fruits. At one point the property had to do maintenance work on the pipes which would affect the use of the toilet in our room. However, we were given an extra room of equal standards, just so we would not be too inconveniences.The grounds are well kept and there is a private access to the beach, which is also kept clean. I really wanted to swim, as the pool looked rather inviting, however, it was too cold to do so.I enjoyed the suana during my stay, however, I was disappointed that only the male sauna space provided access to a jacuzzi. All we had in the female area was shower stalls. When I asked, I was told that only the males had access to the jacuzzi (I don't understand the logic behind that).The dining options are great and I spent my entire deposit on room service because the meals were that good!🤣😂My family and I had a blast at the Shangri-la hotel and in warmer weather, we would definitely love to visit again.❤️

我在北海香格里拉度过了一次绝对美妙的经历。我在抵达前已通知酒店我们要来庆祝结婚九周年纪念日。抵达后，我感到很惊喜，接待处很热情，办理入住手续也很顺利。前台的 Jenny amd Summer 很棒，总是很有礼貌，尽一切可能提供帮助。我们的房间很棒，干净舒适，我很喜欢这里。喜欢这里的装饰，我们甚至还得到了一棵圣诞树、一杯酒和水果！早餐很丰盛，每天我们都会收到新鲜的水果。有一次，酒店不得不对管道进行维护工作，这会影响我们房间厕所的使用。不过，我们得到了一间同等标准的额外房间，以免给我们带来太多不便。场地维护得很好，有一条通往海滩的私人通道，海滩也很干净。我真的很想游泳，因为游泳池看起来很吸引人，但是，天气太冷了，无法游泳。我在住宿期间很享受桑拿浴，但令我失望的是，只有男性桑拿房提供按摩浴缸。我们在女性区域只有淋浴间。当我询问时，我被告知只有男性可以使用按摩浴缸（我不明白这背后的逻辑）。餐饮选择很棒，我把全部押金都花在了客房服务上，因为饭菜太好了！🤣 😂我和我的家人在香格里拉酒店玩得很开心，天气暖和的时候，我们一定会很乐意再次光临。❤️

跟家人一起出来玩，选择了入住北海香格里拉大酒店，这里的东花园有大片的绿色草地，可以铺上野餐布自由野餐，而且还有小朋友喜欢的户外秋千和攀爬绳，真的是户外活动的绝美地界！再有就是香格里拉的服务一直非常棒，尤其是宾客关系主任Mandy热情的帮我们介绍了酒店的环境设施，非常感谢她的帮助！赞！

Excellent location with a beautiful view of the sea . I don't have any negative comments . Excellent service, spotlessly clean room and bathroom . The breakfast was very rich in a variety of food . can satisfy the most demanding tastes . Thank you .

地理位置优越，可以看到美丽的海景。我没有任何负面评论。优质的服务，房间和浴室一尘不染。早餐很丰富，食物种类很多。可以满足最挑剔的口味。谢谢 。

實話實說，房间有些久了，虽然可以独享属于酒店的沙滩，但沙滩也不是细沙，交通就是好在离海洋馆近，离海上栈道近，其他只能说一般般…但做手工的服务人员很热情，也很漂亮哦……楼下有个按摩…只能说也是一般般…
