酒店環境還幾好，雖然泳池是免費，同小朋友去游泳，要在小賣部買泳帽，不然沒有帽子不能游。泳帽25超貴，去過全世界的泳池，未見過要強制戴，救生員小哥話酒店要求的，酒店又話外包泳池的非常不滿意和不開心

Stayed a month at Ramada Plaza Liuzhou Liudong on assignment and had a wonderful surprise, finding a well managed hotel with excellent hardware and facilities. Friendly and thoughtful staff made my stay a wonderful experience. Enjoyed the food and beverage selections at both their Eura Café and Four Seasons Japanese (authentic taste by Japanese Chef)! Large sized rooms, full hotel wifi! Liked the Chinese tea shop and beautiful music (by live musician - Chinese string "guzhen"?) at Lounge Bar was favorite evening hangout! Highly recommended for both leisure or business.

因公出差，在柳州东城华美达广场酒店住了一个月，给了我一个惊喜，找到了一家管理完善、硬件设施优良的酒店。友好而周到的工作人员让我的住宿成为一次美妙的经历。享受他们的 Eura 咖啡馆和四季日本餐厅的精选食品和饮料（日本厨师的正宗口味）！房间很大，酒店wifi齐全！喜欢中国茶馆和酒廊酒吧优美的音乐（由现场音乐家演奏 - 中国弦乐“古镇”？），是我最喜欢的晚上聚会场所！强烈推荐休闲或商务。

I absolutely loved this hotel. I was looking for a quiet and comfortable rest from the hustle and bustle of Liuzhou. I found it at the Ramada Plaza. The room was awesome! So spacious and comfortable. The Eurocafe was excellent (don't miss their breakfast buffet)! Some may be put off by the distance to the center of Liuzhou. Not to worry. Taxi service and Liuzhou's rapid BRT bus service will not fail you. Enjoy the swimming pool. It is large, filtered, and clean. This is an all service, top-notch hotel! Will definately go again!

I stayed at this brand new hotel while attending a conference in the adjacent International Conference Centre. Everything was pristine, the rooms were large and comfortable and the staff really tried hard with attentive customer service - the duty manager actually walked around at meal times checking on guests' satisfaction levels which was a nice touch. ||||As the property was so new there were inevitably some snags but I am sure that these can be fixed as the hotel establishes itself. When there is a large conference on with attendees all arriving in a condensed timeframe, have more check-in staff on duty. Please lose the canned music playing in the corridors at night-time - it is disturbing. The heating system had not been commissioned at the time of my stay but fortunately the weather was mild so that was not an issue. The lifts also seemed unreliable with two of the four being out of action for most of my stay. Again not the hotel's fault but get it sorted! ||||The gym is very good by the way!

我在参加邻近的国际会议中心的会议时住在这家全新的酒店。一切都很原始，房间又大又舒适，工作人员真的很努力地提供周到的客户服务——值班经理实际上在用餐时间走来走去检查客人的满意度，这是一个很好的接触。 ||||由于酒店很新，不可避免地会出现一些问题，但我相信这些问题可以随着酒店的建立而得到解决。 当举行大型会议且与会者都在较短的时间内到达时，请安排更多的值班人员值班。请不要在夜间在走廊里播放预先录制的音乐——这很令人不安。我入住时供暖系统尚未调试，但幸运的是天气温和，所以这不是问题。电梯似乎也不太可靠，四部电梯中的两部在我住宿的大部分时间里都停止运行。 再说一遍，这不是酒店的错，但一定要解决！ ||||顺便说一句，健身房非常好！

1.入住和退房手续办理很顺畅。满足我提出的房间要求。房内设施很新。使用便捷。2.床品使用舒服。大小两个枕头也很适合我那个肩颈老化的脖子。入睡很好。小缺点，在会展中心那里。要出市中心一趟部容易。20公里大概需要40元。不赶时间可以坐门口大道的BRT快速公交。

I spent a week in this hotel, is ok, looks quite new. room was big and nice, everything was there as you can have in any 5 stars hotel. pool are is nice. breakfast I was not very happy with. night buffet is quite good, but not theme night, everyday is almost the same.

我在这家酒店住了一个星期，还可以，看起来很新。房间又大又漂亮，一切都像五星级酒店一样。泳池很好。早餐我不是很满意。晚上的自助餐相当不错，但不是主题之夜，每天都差不多。

豪华大床房升级到商务大床房～check in后有职员引导我到房间，并主动提出拿购物袋。房间电话的一键客服中心态度很甜美，次日要的环保袋也很快送来。早餐性价比特别高！一进餐厅，就主动问需要哪种饮品，帮我冲了咖啡送至桌上。周末10:30结束早餐，在10:15后两次过来提示有需要可以赶紧去拿食物。BRT快1直达会展中心，2分钟走进酒店。推荐大家入住！华美达好评～～～

很好的酒店，前两天通过ctrip携程预订的，想继续在前台预定时发生点小问题，前台接待男生并不清楚 我是公司的协议客户，坚持要我让销售经理亲自和前台联系才愿意给内部价，害的我只能再通过携程订2天房间，中间价被携程赚走了，酒店也因此受损失。后来第四天的前台接待小姐才搞清楚我的需求，给了我满意的预定过程，别的没有什么不满，酒店整体给我的印象非常好！|尤其是底楼日式料理的经理，在餐厅即将关门时，看到我要来用餐，主动带我去二楼中餐厅用餐，二楼中餐厅的服务员也服务很到位，等我用完餐送我到电梯口，标准化服务执行的非常棒
