维也纳国际酒店

This is a nice, large hotel, with big rooms and although the staff and I spoke different languages, they went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed and comfortable. Unfortunately there was not expectation of decorum passed onto many of the other travelers in the hotel. Guests were permitted to smoke in all areas of the hotel. while checking in a gentleman was smoking and his ashes were falling onto the counter, he then also spit on the floor multiple times. Unfortunately this happened on several occasions through out the hotel. I live in China and am aware of cultural differences. But a hotel of this stature could surely expect more from their guests.

这是一家不错的大型酒店，房间很大，虽然工作人员和我说不同的语言，但他们竭尽全力让我们感到受欢迎和舒适。不幸的是，酒店里的许多其他旅客并没有受到礼节的期望。 客人可以在酒店的所有区域吸烟。办理入住手续时，一位男士正在抽烟，他的骨灰掉在柜台上，随后他还多次向地板吐口水。不幸的是，这种情况在整个酒店发生过好几次。我住在中国，了解文化差异。但对于这样一家规模的酒店，客人们肯定会抱有更高的期望。
