Wing Hotel Guilin- Pedestrian Street

Stayed from 18 June to 20 June when the worst flood in 30 years hit, water level in the city was minimally waist high. With a travel pack of 7 pax with kids and elderly, Jenny, the manager was the most reliable during this crisis in getting us to safety. All tour cancellation and refund was done promptly. Communication and all arrangements in English prior, during and after the trip was excellent. Kudos to the driver for pushing our vans out of a water logged street. Will definitely rebook.

What a fantastic hotel ! Our twin room was huge with 2 large and very comfortable queen beds with great pillows. The location is perfect. It is just a few minutes walk from the Main Street but still very quiet. Directly outside the hotel was a food area with lots of stalls with delicious food and there was a great street bar with amazing beers and. Cocktails. Even more memorable was Jenny who contacted me as soon as I made the booking with lots of suggestions of activities in the area. She organised a pick up from the train station plus the Ali River cruise. I was in regular contact with her before our arrival and I was astounded how quickly she would respond to all my questions. She is absolutely amazing. Thanks so much for a great stay in beautiful Guilin.
