这家酒店的地理位置很好。购物商场恰恰在酒店对面。但是房间很旧。房间里的矿泉水，面巾是付费的。床垫很硬，就像睡在地板上。在我的行程我住过另一家酒店在阳朔，床垫也是很硬。看起来这个地方的人喜欢睡硬床垫。早餐选择有限和女服务员会在餐厅里头不断重复高声喊叫餐券，你的早餐餐券在那？当你问她餐券是每人一个或2人共用一个，她会忽略你的问题，并黑脸。希望酒店能在餐厅的大门安排一名工作人员的来收集早餐餐券，而不是在餐厅里头不断地重复高声喊叫你的早餐餐券在那。|除了这，当你请这女服务员煮面条给你时，她会要求你自己煮。当我们我们自己煮，她投诉我们用错误的方式煮。既然酒店提供的面条作为早餐的一部分，请指定一位女服务员煮面条或者至少指导顾客如何煮面条。希望这个女服务员给予更多的耐心来为客户服务。

在淘宝定了这家酒店，价格很便宜，抱着试试看的态度同意了店家的推荐，说是今年新开的。||酒店果然不错，有四星级的档次却只有3星级的价格，位置也很好，附近去象鼻山和步行街都很近。||服务还行，桂林地区差不多都这样。

We stayed here on 26 December to 1 January 2013.||Everything looks simple and their lobby is quite simple as well.||Guilin people do not speak English, therefore it is quite hard to communicate with them.||The receptionist even do not know speak any English language and I wonder how they can work as 4 stars hotel receptionist. If I stayed in budget hotel then I understand.||The room is quite spacious and clean. They provide a lot of amenities in the room but with extra charges. We stayed here during winter in Guilin about 1 to -1'C. This hotel is strategically located and very near to some of the mall in Guilin.

我们于2013年12月26日至1月1日期间住在这里。||一切看起来都很简单，大堂也很简朴。||桂林人不会说英语，所以很难与他们沟通。||前台接待员甚至不会说英语，我很好奇他们怎么能像四星级酒店的前台接待员那样工作。如果我住的是经济型酒店，我就能理解。||房间很宽敞干净。房间里提供了很多便利设施，但需要额外收费。我们冬天在桂林住在这里，气温大约在1到-1摄氏度之间。这家酒店地理位置优越，非常靠近桂林的一些购物中心。

This hotel is not big and quiet confusing on their hotel number, let say you stay room number 321, but you must press number 4 in the lift. So, you must go down by stairs to level 3. I cant imagine if you have a lot of things to carry. I advise you to check with the reception about your room location and ask for the room who dont make you need to use stairs. The room itself is clean, but not so many free amenities provided. Please be careful when you use something in the toilet. It might not free. The breakfast is very simple but had good taste. Location is good, close tho the night market.

这家酒店不大，酒店号码很容易让人混淆。假设你住在321房间，但乘电梯必须按4号。所以，你必须爬楼梯到3楼。如果你带了很多东西，我真不敢想象会是什么情况。我建议你先咨询一下前台你的房间位置，然后问一下不需要爬楼梯的房间。房间本身很干净，但提供的免费设施不多。上厕所时请小心，因为厕所可能不是免费的。早餐很简单，但味道不错。位置很好，靠近夜市。

My friends and I recently stayed at this hotel on the way back from visiting Yangshou! We travel a lot in and around China because we are working here! It was a terrible choice!! The condoms for sale on the bedside table should have been enough for us to run! The receptionist who helped us on 4 April 2014 between 2/3pm should never be allowed to deal with foreigners because she would not help us even though my friend is fluent in Chinese! She basically told us the reed flute caves do not exist and that she has no idea how to get to pedestrian street!! She was obviously too lazy to help even though we were polite! The beds were hard and the room had a terrible smell! Never again!!!

我和朋友最近从阳朔回来的路上在这家酒店住了一晚！因为在这里工作，我们经常在中国国内和周边旅行！这真是个糟糕的选择！！床头柜上卖的避孕套应该足够我们跑路了！2014年4月4日下午2点到3点之间帮我们服务的接待员根本就不应该和外国人打交道，因为她根本不愿意帮助我们，即使我朋友的中文说得很流利！她简直就是在告诉我们芦笛岩根本不存在，而且她根本不知道怎么去步行街！！显然她懒得帮忙，尽管我们很有礼貌！床很硬，房间里还有一股难闻的气味！再也不来了！！！

Hotel a prima vista non male con una bella hall,ma il personale scorbutico e incapace le camere nonostante siano piuttosto grandi sono buie e con un intenso odore di muffa insomma non proprio il massimo direi. La colazione prettamente cinese.

乍一看，这家酒店还不错，大厅也很漂亮，但工作人员很粗鲁，无能。房间虽然很大，但很暗，而且有强烈的霉味。简而言之，我想说，这并不是最好的。纯中式早餐。

After asking for toilet paper with my phone and front desk attended I still did not get toilet paper as promise by her.Bad service||Room was clean, good A,C. ||Television did not work.||Breakfast was ok.||Bed was hard and I can fill the springs.
