Newly refurbished room, with a massive bed. Very old fashioned style decoration, with a velvet chaise longe. Only a shower in the bathroom when every other hotel we have stayed in had a bath. We stayed here 2 nights as part of a tour. ||The fridge in the room was not great, it never really got too cold. Safe in the room, the air conditioning wasn’t great, we had to have the windows open, as it’s very humid. ||Breakfast was ok, we went down at 09.00 and things had run out and not replaced. The restaurant smelt damp and there were weird massive plush velvet chairs. ||The swimming pool is only open May-October which was a massive disappointment. ||The location is good, right in front of the lakes, so a lovely walk into the main area of town. ||I’d stay again.

Nice classic decor room. Not located in the hot spot, but taxi is easily accessible. Toiletries can be improved to align with the nice classic room decor. Wall mount toiletries may be considered for environmental friendly. I was surprised when our laundry could only be delivered after payment. Initial deposit at time of check-in may also be considered to avoid such incidentals. Overall, the service is good and staff is courteous.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the lake and city centre. The amenities were excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a mix of western and Chinese cuisine.The staff was welcoming and helpful. Overall, this was an excellent value for money.

Great clean hotel. The service was great. They were able to help with our requests. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are nice. Only thing is the TV only has Chinese channels. Would be nice to get some international channels for news or movies. Pool is clean and comfortable.

We stayed as a family of five with three teenagers. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location of the hotel was right opposite the lake which was beautifully lit up at night and was a short walk into the town via the bridge. There are several bars and restaurants 100 metres to the right of the hotel as well. The outdoor pool was unique for a Chinese hotel as a majority are indoor and for lessons only. They could do with some beds near the pool to relax instead of just chairs. Overall a good family hotel.

我们一家五口带着三个青少年住在这里。房间干净宽敞，酒店的位置就在湖对面，晚上灯火通明，通过桥步行一小段距离即可到达城镇。酒店右侧 100 米处还设有几家酒吧和餐馆。室外游泳池对于中国酒店来说是独一无二的，因为大部分都是室内的，并且仅供课程使用。他们可以在游泳池附近放一些床来放松，而不仅仅是椅子。总的来说是一家不错的家庭酒店。

My wife and I stayed in the " Bravo" hotel in Guilin for 2 nights.||Location: While located on the attractive river, one still need to walk 10-15 min or take a taxi to reach the center and hart of the city & the pedestrian street.||Room: The room was equipped with all the required/expected amenities. The room was clean and being taken care every day. The water was always hot and air-condition worked well. ||Service: The staff provided us with excellent service in English (not all delegates new English). ||Food: The reach breakfast had variety of chines & western options that we found satisfactory. We also had dinner at the hotel and western food we ordered was good. ||Wi-Fi: Good Wi-Fi reception but connection to site outside China was an issue even with VPN.
