Yangshuo River View Hotel

We were 2 couples who had an amazing experience here. Staff here understands English and are very friendly. Restaurant has very tasty food and is always full of customers. Hotel staff helps book local sightseeing at a very reasonable price and helps coordinate everything throughout the tour. ||Place is very well located and has an old china charm. Rooms are very unique and spacious.

我们是两对夫妇，在这里度过了一段美妙的经历。这里的工作人员懂英语而且非常友好。餐厅的食物非常美味，而且总是挤满了顾客。酒店工作人员以非常合理的价格帮助预订当地观光景点，并帮助协调整个旅行过程中的一切事宜。 ||这个地方位置非常好，有一种古老的瓷器魅力。房间非常独特且宽敞。

Our room was lovely on the 3rd floor with a lovely view of the mountains of Yangshou . Very spacious, clean and got clean daily . Provided with everything needed . The hotel location was the best ! In front of the the river a block away from the Main Street , first floor had a restaurant, you could order on your room and reception tell you to come down when your table was ready . All personal was friendly and helpful. We book some tours with them too all totally worth it ! We had a great time we will definitely stay again .

After walking around Yangshou town, we really appreciated the location of this hotel. It was in the more quiet area of town with a perfect view of the river (we recommend getting a room with a balcony!). The restaurant downstairs is famous and has long line ups every night but as a guest you get priority booking and a discount, which we of course took advantage of! We loved our room on the top floor facing the river and the bed was super comfy. Service was great and there's a lady that speaks excellent English who handled our check-in. The only little problem we had was with the shower temperature being inconsistent but we still thoroughly enjoyed our room and our stay.

Perfect location, immediately at the river, West Street just a few meters away. Good restaurant, which is always very busy in the evening, nice café next to the hotel. Rooms a bit loud, you hear other guests and the street can be a bit loud too but there are also rooms to the back but I prefered the street side. I did not care the busy road. In the night it became quiet. The view on the river is hidden by the old trees but I likes it and would go there again.

位置绝佳，就在河边，距离西街仅数米之遥。很好的餐厅，晚上总是很忙，酒店旁边有不错的咖啡馆。房间有点吵，你可以听到其他客人的声音，街道也可能有点吵，但后面也有房间，但我更喜欢街边。我不在乎繁忙的道路。夜里变得安静了。河边的景色被老树遮住了，但我喜欢它并且会再去那里。

HOW TO REACH: The local name of this hotel is “Wang Jiang” tower or building. This helps if you are traveling from Yangshuo Railway Station by taxi. I traveled with my friends – 3 families (with kids), and we are non-Chinese. Typically, several taxis are available at the exit of Yangshuo Railway station. Someone approached me who can speak English – so took a 10-seater. The cost is about RMB 20~25/person & takes about 40 minutes. ROOM: Spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The balcony view helps, depending on which side the room is located on. I chose the front side view, which has both a river view and a mountain view. HOTEL: Although the hotel doesn’t have a lift, the staff delivered the luggage to the room. If you need help at the time of checkout, they may help. But I did it on my own at the time of check-out. It is conveniently located close to West Street (10 min walk).HOTEL-RESTAURANT: very good restaurant in 1F (vegetarian options as well!). It is very popular among the locals & we liked it too. But it gets very busy during the weekends. So, if the room is close to 1F, it will be loud till ~ 22:00.HOTEL STAFF: All are very friendly and do their best to help foreigners. Many staff can speak English. In my case, YAWEN is worth mentioning, as she helped us a lot in planning our local trips. Even before arriving at the hotel, we had a plan. But our interactions with YAWEN (& her feedback) made it very convenient & time-effective for us. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: It is possible to book tickets for the Ruyi scenic spot, Silver Cave, Hot air balloon, Li-river cruise (from Yangshuo), Xinping (hot air balloon), Bus-trip to Longji Ricefields, & many more at the hotel.

Excellent location every night we walked around the Main Street a block away , the hotel was located in front of the river and the the mountains , we were lucky to get a room with a nice balcony facing the spectacular view of Yangshou. Staff helpful with everything you need , go beyond our expectations with extra tips and services . They have a western breakfast available each morning and some sets of dinner for 2 as well .hotel ia relative new , well preserved , and very clean . we enjoy our stqy a lot !

The hotel's in a great spot and the staff are really nice. Rooms have good amenities but sometimes noise and bugs can bug you. Just a heads up, there's no elevator. Overall, it's a decent pick for convenience, especially if they sort out the bugs and noise.

Staff was very helpful and very well trained. They treated us very well, great customer service. The room smelled a bit, I think this is because the rooms are above their hotel kitchen which has poor ventilation so the food smell comes into the room.
