前台帶領到房間，還沒有打掃，先讓我們放行李在房間再讓阿姨來打掃，前台竟然不清楚房間打掃了沒有。然後衛浴牆身都發霉，洗手盤都很髒。準備睡覺的時候更發現床上有蟲子跟蜘蛛，只能用防蚊液狂噴才能安心睡，還有一個枕頭莫明奇妙套了三個枕頭套，晚上還停電冷氣都沒有，全家人都熱醒了，這個價位真心不值得。

這家酒店第一印象是笑容滿面員工和親切的服務，老闆太有福氣，請到這麼好的員工，特別小張和小李，真的好得說不完。說一下大堂是很有個性的風格，有一小角落放滿很多書籍給我們看，房間方向是可以多角度看到泳池和日落，躺著也可以看到風景，被山和田環繞著，感覺太好。特別要說一下，這酒店都有提供縣城免費接送和去核酸檢測，實在太好太貼心。如果你們想要滿滿的大自然風光，渡假的感覺，強烈推薦，不能錯過。

一定要住！風景美到無話可說😱酒店的工作人員都非常有禮貌，熱情，很願意協助任何問題。房間都很大也很乾淨。本來只約一晚，最後決定住三晚。太捨不得一早起來就等不起開窗簾的感覺。I cannot rave about this boutique hotel enough. The customer service and hospitality is unrivalled. Imagine waking up every morning to this view. We couldn’t wait to open the curtains every morning 🤩 It is truly breathtaking. This hotel is situated in the countryside; it is incredibly peaceful and quiet. You are a 5 minute walk from the start of the yulong river bamboo rafting and about 15 minutes drive from the busy West Street. The hotel even offers pick-up/drop-off once a day from the city center. We didn’t even ask upon arrival but they have enough business sense (unlike many local Chinese establishments) to understand that if there are free rooms, they can/should upgrade you for free because otherwise, the rooms are just sitting there empty. We ended up with this absolute gem of a room. But we also took a look at 3 others (including the one we originally booked), they are all supremely spacious, decorated with the same modern style, and will exceed your expectations. The amazing front desk staff try to solve your every problem and meet your every whim. The breakfast set comes in both Chinese or Western style. It is filling and delicious 😍

早餐很豐富！酒店外就是遇龍河景區，去西街的話租輛電動車基本20分鐘內的車程，很方便。服務很好，回程叫車的時候留錯了電話號碼，微信跟酒店講幫忙跟專車師傅溝通，車子先到我們還沒回到酒店，酒店還很貼心先幫我們把行李放上車，太體貼了！入住的時間感謝管家小張，小李的幫忙 ，有機會還過來住！

🚗 交通：很方便租個電車就可以了，附近有很多打卡點，也有好吃的農家菜。一出門口小巷轉右一直行就到十里畫廊的碼頭。🔔服务：100分沒有更好的了。小管家小李小黎，隨傳隨到，也很貼心，服務非常周到禮貌100分。只見過我一次的人也記得我早餐愛喝美式。其他阿姨也10分親切🍃环境：非常舒適，唯一覺得枕頭不太舒服😀因為自己對枕頭的要求比較高。🧹卫生：很不錯，對寢具比較敏感，但都沒有出現過敏現象。

客棧距離驥馬碼頭很近，周圍有田園景觀。客房配置還好，房間隔音不錯。有早餐提供，有停車位，有游泳池。客棧服務很體貼周到熱情且及時。是度假不錯的選擇。在遇龍河景區裡。

酒店周邊環境很好，整體乾淨整潔，管家服務也很到位，會提前聯絡了解情況，會準備甜品等等。下次會再入住這裡。
