首先说温泉，单以温泉来说，无论从布局和设计以及建筑都是很好的，温泉建在山涧之间，依山傍水，风景非常秀丽。温泉池都是用天然材料筑成，大石头加小鹅卵石，用工用料都是很足的，现在新建温泉很难做到了。温泉应该建成有些年头了，才会这么用足料。池不算很多，但是足够住客使用，温泉水质很好。酒店装修不错，只是有些旧了，但还是看到员工在尽心维护，不停的在清洁打扫，酒店装修是有点旧，但卫生情况是很好的，四星级是名副其实的。本来我们只想住一晚，实在太好，性价比很高，住多了一晚。

If you have a strong desire to visit the hot springs then this is a good choice for that, since the spring pools are located next to the hotel, with a direct walkway to them. Unfortunately, this hotel is well past it's prime and in my opinion is in need of a complete make-over. The attitude of many of the staff was not very welcoming, especially at the front desk, while the housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. The deluxe suite we were in was huge - actually too big unless we had planned to throw a party for 15 or 20 of our friends. The bath was large and well appointed, the bed mattress comfortable, but the furniture and room furnishings were old. The food in the restaurant was good for the meals we ordered, but the included buffet breakfast was limited. At the lunch and dinner we had in the hotel dining room, which could accommodate maybe 500 people or more, my wife and I were the only ones there so the service was good. Overall our stay was fine, and for a night or two stay, the price is reasonable and the location to the hot springs can't be beat.

We arrived at the hotel and were disappointed. The hotel is tired and faded and badly needs a coat of paint. it is also enormous, but there didn't seem to be many people about. The restaurant was quite good, but nobody speaks English - so we were grateful to have a guide with us.||||And then there were the hotsprings. We thought these were fantastic. There are a series of pools at different heights nestled in the hill side. They are REALLY clean, with sealed bottoms and in a beautiful setting. The contrast between the hot springs and the hotel is dramatic. We only stayed one night, but would have stayed two if we had known the hot springs were so nice.

To be fair, the hotsprings were excellent and relaxing, but this is where the good part ends.||The hotel used to be very nice, but isn't anymore. It's old, damp and in need of an upgrade.||The staff was plain rude sometimes, and seemed to have no notion of basic things like charging breakfast to your room. No english speaking staff at all.||The restaurant was generally okay, but seems to have no trouble serving long expired coca-cola.||||Very remote, getting there from the nearest town is a challenge when you're not in a tour group. Good for one night with a day of spa. Go for the spa, not for the hotel.||||There are two buildings in the hotel, one (business building) right next to the pools. the other one a bit further away, and includes the reception and restaurant.||Go for the chinese breakfast in this building, not the overpriced western-style breakfast in the business building.

酒店的环境很好，明亮的大堂，房间也不错，各种舒适很其全，打开窗户对面就是山景，早上的空气很好。当然最主要的还是来泡温泉的，住在酒店泡温泉很方便，三楼有温泉通道，在房间里换好衣服就直接到温泉池了，想泡几次都可以。温泉池开放的有十几个，晚上人特别多，只泡了一会就回去了。第二天早上又去泡了，没人，一个人泡一个池子，好开心的，风景又好，还下了一小会儿毛毛雨，温泉的水质也好，泡好出来，一身好滑好滑的。

五星级酒店，房间比较有特色，为中式、日式两种，当时住的日式榻榻米的，地板可以坐人，外面的门和其它房间一样。装修和一般酒店差不多，配套有专门的休闲区，电梯可以直接有温泉的地方，入住免费泡温泉。提供早餐，如桂林米粉等早餐很丰富，而且免费，并且外国游客比较多，服务员素质比较高。

龙胜温泉中心宾馆名为四星，但从其服务和硬件来看，归为三星其实似乎更为妥当。介乎三四星之间吧，不及我住过的其他任何一家四星级。虽然任何宾馆的早餐都简单，但这里无疑更简单。。。房间大小中规中矩，装修还是相对令人满意的。电视机如前面某朋友所说，是老电视。而浴室大体上还可以，虽然对于一个四星级来说，小了点。水龙和花洒都能正常使用，只是水忽冷忽热。前面有的朋友说的毛病我没发现，有可能天气还冷，虫子没飞。更有可能是重新装修过了。| 温泉本身很好，不到一天之内泡了三次，舒服。还跑去游泳池游了泳。在山间泡着很有感觉。但水虽流动，水面上人体的油垢依然在漂浮。。。尤其是最上面的那几个池（也就是人去的最多的池）。不知道这个问题怎么解决呢。而少人泡的明显干净许多，45℃的幽然池明显干净，至于永远没人泡的50℃池就更干净了。。。| 性价比方面，如果散客到门面订房，700一晚（指我去那天，即2012年3月1日的价格），无限次泡温泉。而旅行社可以订到580元一晚。顺便说一下在旅行社订SPA的话，一晚660.SPA宾馆有好几个专用池，我们一般老百姓在底下仰望他们。不知道那里的感觉如何，以后如有机会团购，当跑去看看。| 龙胜温泉我会再来的。| 顺便说一下，龙胜温泉相当偏。从桂林坐汽车2小时才到龙胜县城（一个依山而建的小县城，建筑物很有意思），然后换车，一小时到龙胜温泉。宾馆里吃的都很贵，至于外面的农家饭馆，没去吃过，当晚是用泡面和面包解决了吃饭问题。

The spa is nice, but some are too cold. I am referring to the out door hot spring only. As Spa may mean differently for some cultures.|My daughter was with me, so we did not get any massage. It looked like the ones with happy ending.||The rooms, even an 8 year old could say, 'daddy, this is worse than last night. A lot worse!'||I believe local operators has a long way to go. But then again, the occupancy rate is extremely high, the front desk is extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating.||If I would recommend this place? I would recommend that you do a day trip from Guilin for the paddy fields. I would not stay here if I ever come back!
