This is my favorite hotel to stay in the area. It keeps up doing an excellent job of serving their guests. The room is large and super clean. Plenty of options for breakfast - one of the best among many 5-star hotels that I have stayed. I stayed at this hotels a couple of times previously so I am so impressed of their consistency in quality services that they provided and maintained the guest rooms and facilities in excellence conditions over many years.

服務一流，房間大氣乾淨，早餐非常豐富吸引，服務員態度很好很貼心，每天都有水果和酸奶送上房間，另外還送了綿羊和駱駝禮物，感覺很好，值得分享給大家，下次去新疆還會訂這間酒店🤝💪

Great location just outside of the metro station exit B. Room is very quiet and very spacious. BUT they failed to ask me Covid test upon arrival and l got into problem later on as l did not take it. Nice to have fruits, yogurt, masks, tea and so on delivered to room in the evening but wish they serve different fruits as l stayed there for five days. One night there l found rotten tomato and l wish they check carefully. I wish people working at concierge can speak English but they did not help me with ordering a taxi but told me to use didi app to do so and it was very disappointed. They did not return the deposit money at the hotel but l wish they do it immediately after the room check. Also refrigerator was locked and not available to use.

We came for a wedding to Urumqi and choose this hotel as our friends live near this place. Its a bit outside of the city at a big junction where there is going quite some construction going on. There isn't much elsr nearby the hotel or to do but this didn't bother us really we had quite some program going on. We have been travelling quite a bit in China and we found that the hotel is very new and the rooms are of a very good international standard. Usually there was always a trainee around any service area that would speak decent English and assist us with any kind of requests.|For a business trip I would stay there again as they have a good general standards. For other kinds of trips I would stay in a hotel closer to the city centre.

我们来乌鲁木齐参加婚礼，选择了这家酒店，因为我们的朋友就住在这个地方附近。它位于城外的一个大路口，那里正在进行一些建设。酒店附近没有太多的其他活动或可做的事情，但这并没有打扰我们，我们真的有很多活动正在进行。我们在中国旅行了很多次，我们发现这家酒店很新，房间也具有非常好的国际标准。通常，任何服务区周围都会有一名实习生，他们会说流利的英语，并帮助我们解决任何类型的请求。|对于商务旅行，我会再次留在那里，因为他们有很好的总体标准。对于其他类型的旅行，我会住在靠近市中心的酒店。

The Hotel is grand, its rooms are cosy but it had no swimming pool despite a claimed five star rating. The sauna bath was inoperative.||The meals were delicious and a wide variety was presented but there seemed to be no difference in breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.

Comfortable room, if i had a choice or knew i would not have stayed in this hotel. The reason is that when I arrived at the hotel trying to check in. It started as a disaster. I showed the reception staff that I had online booking from Agoda.com. Despite showing my confirmation booking. The staff insisted that there was no booking under my name. I was so tired and jet lagged I did not know where is i could go. The manager did not come to speak to me face to face in first instance. Almos (Manager) very dishonest person who came to my room later on the evening requested me to cancel my online booking from Agoda and deal with them directly. I insisted i could not cancel it after staying the first night. Then later he called me that he has canceled my booking himself. The drama did not end here, when I checkout they charged my credit card, a few days later I found out that I was also charged by Agoda.com. So I paid twice for the same hotel. I had complain to Agoda and my Bank to defend me. Finally Agoda customer service were very professional and found out that I had a valid reason after their investigations. Agoda then refunded my money back to me. ||I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as they are dishonest and would rip any innocent traveler. The staff do not know any English so it is extremely hard to coounicate. The hotel is away from shopping and restaurants.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days during my tour in Urumqi city. I find it very comfortable. Bathroom is excellent.Room is very luxurious. Has a PC in my room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are also very high quality. they also serve Urumqi traditional cuisine. Interior of the room, hotel, lounge and dining hall are really beautiful. Has a Piano in the lounge. I like the place very much. If I get a chance to visit Urumqi again I will definitely prefer this hotel to stay.

Best hotel in town. Big room, big bath room all marble floor/shower/tub. Has PC in the room with big screen monitor. Very comfortable bed with goose down. Good seafood buffet for dinner. Big flat screen TV
