In my capacity as a luxurious experience consultant, I had the opportunity to evaluate Hilton Urumqi, which is situated in the Hongguang Hill CBD and offers amenities with close proximity to the Heavenly Lake. Although the hotel promises an indulgent stay, several aspects fell short of the expectations associated with the Hilton brand. The room, with its contemporary design, had several drawbacks. The air quality within the room was poor, despite having an air purifier. This created a stuffy environment, which is problematic in Urumqi's climate. Moreover, the room lacked soundproofing, resulting in disturbances from the hallway. These issues impacted the comfort and relaxation I anticipated.||A point of concern was my experience at the lobby lounge. While the selection of specialty teas was commendable, the service was slow. I found myself waiting a considerable amount of time for my tea to be served. Additionally, the understaffing issue became evident as other guests interrupted my tea time to enquire about the whereabouts of the waitstaff. This disrupted the tranquil atmosphere and highlighted the need for improved service management. During my stay, I also noticed several areas of the hotel that could benefit from better upkeep. The lobby, while grand in design, lacked adequate seating for guests during peak times. This created a less than welcoming first impression. Furthermore, the business centre, which should serve as a quiet workspace, was noisy and the equipment was outdated, making it challenging to conduct any serious work.||For Hilton Urumqi to live up to the standards expected of the Hilton brand and to distinguish itself in Urumqi's competitive hospitality market, it must address these issues. By making these improvements, the hotel can better meet the expectations of travellers and provide a memorable stay.

酒店装修大气，礼宾部服务周全，前台服务到位。希尔顿酒店的啤酒花园的新疆烧烤也非常正宗。入住时表示返程航班比较晚，就免费办理了延迟退房。下次还会选择这里

酒店服务热情周到，提出的问题都能用心解决。酒店虽离机场远，但叫车很方便。环境整体温馨幽静，房间卫生整洁。下次还会选择。

This hotel area was a bit far but really quiet. Love this area so much. Can walk to the nearby temple ( Hong Guang Shan) really interesting. ||This hotel also really clean. The room was quiet and comfortable.||The staffs here also friendly and helpful.||The breakfast was amazing. So many great local food.|And the executive lounge also really nice and the staffs also really friendly. Help me to know a lot about Urumqi. And the food and drink all quality.||This hotel give a memorable memories for me.

这个酒店区有点远，但是很安静。非常喜欢这个地区。可以步行到附近的寺庙（红光山）真的很有趣。 ||这家酒店也真干净。房间安静舒适。||这里的工作人员也很友好、乐于助人。||早餐很棒。这么多美味的当地美食。|行政酒廊也非常好，工作人员也非常友好。帮助我更多地了解乌鲁木齐。食物和饮料都很优质。||这家酒店给我留下了难忘的回忆。

这家酒店地理位置很好，交通方便，房间舒适又干净。小安服务人员特别热情，总是乐于提供各种帮助，尤其是那个小姑娘，非常热情，值得表扬。

虽然酒店开业有些年头硬件不算新但维护不错地理位置不在市中心靠近会展中心但出行打车方便房间面积大住得很舒服服务一流特此表扬以下部门及个人：宾客关系部小董Iris提前一天主动联系安排好心仪的客房并主动表示入住期间遇到问题都可以和她联系暖心大好评礼宾部服务很棒主动迎接主动把行李送回房间并非像很多酒店那样“形同虚设”。酒店康乐部（健身游泳）虽然外包，但是管理很棒，工作人员打扫卫生特别及时，使用特别舒适。没有像国内很多酒店外包健身房那样，人杂、脏乱差。希望我会很快回来

房间住的很满意，酒店人员提前打电话确认房间，并根据喜好提前安排了房间，酒店的香薰很好闻，房间住的也非常舒适，很满意希尔顿工作人员的服务态度!房间采光好，干净整洁，安静，非常不错的一家酒店，值得推荐。

入住乌鲁木齐希尔顿酒店的感受很温暖，门口的礼宾很热情，主动的帮我拿行李，对于咨询旅游方面的问题，也能及时回答，前台也很好，房间也住的很舒适，以后来乌鲁木齐还会选择希尔顿酒店。
