Stayed in 2 different rooms at separate times here. Both rooms were smelled smoky. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff are helpful but barely speak English -so make sure to install your translator app. Good location with lots of eateries and shops nearby. Nice Uyghur restaurant about 3minutes walk.

Fabulous room and comfortable beds. Family room was great and our two kids shared the futon bed easily. Cleaning staff were really nice and left us nice notes. Fun pool, but the pool change area is not good and the hot tub has a bad odor. The room was perfectly clean though.

Nice hotel, not all front desk staff speak English, but they will summon an English-speaker from the back office if necessary. Food and breakfast is good and plentiful. Rooms are good and quiet and it is possible to get a room on a non-smoking floor. Halls could use updating. Higher-level floors have good views. You will not here any noise from the hall, but may here some from the street. My white noise machine that makes rain sounds blocked any of that possible noise out.

Average Hotel, Located inside the city is convenient to walk around, However the room size is too small, The decoration is too old, I would suggest to live in OBOR hotel near railway station around 6 km from this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It has a Nucliec Acid Testing inside the hotel which is convenient.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of this hotel. The staff are very well trained and especially polite, usually greeting each guest with eye contact. Our housekeeping staff even left us a note (in Chinese) saying that she took the liberty of folding laundry that we had done one night. Breakfast buffet on the ground floor starts at 7 a.m. But most of the food isn't put out until after 7:30. ||||One recommendation to the hotel management is that the carpet in the guest rooms be steam cleaned regularly. The carpet in our room was in dire need of cleaning.

酒店位置十分便利，进入大堂工作人员季淑娟礼貌热情，客房干净整洁，很值得推荐的酒店，周边购物吃饭去大巴扎，博物馆都十分方便，下次还会选择此酒店

非常满意的一家酒店，虽然说外观老旧了一点，但是客房内部还是很温馨的，装修风格也比较现代化，面积很大。冬季在新疆最大的两个问题就是寒冷和干燥，好在酒店解决得非常好，一方面暖气很给力，同时还在客房里面提供了加湿器和润肤乳，非常贴心。除此之外，客房的家具和卫浴设施都很不错。稍微欠缺的地方就是酒店的服务显得不那么主动热情，餐厅性的价比比较低，菜品味道比较单一而且偏贵，还不如在街上的小馆子里面用餐来得惬意。
