喜来登乌鲁木齐酒店

The hotel is located in a convenient location with shopping malls, restaurants and a museum nearby. Check in is quick. However I am not sure this is a typical Sheraton experience. ||There is no dedicated area for spg members checked in, the service for breakfast is below par, people in the spa does not appear to speak English.||The bedroom is big and bed is comfortable. However the bathroom shower ceiling has watermarks; the rolling blinds in the bathroom has watermarks. Floor 12, the ceiling has a hole. ||When you go for breakfast, food is good. Buffet breakfast. Service needs serious improvement. There is absolutely no service at all. They do not ask you whether u need any coffee or tea. They do not take you to the table. Sheraton napkins are folded and put on a plate.||All in all, not a typical Sheraton service .||||

This is the first Hotel we stay on a photo trip to Xinjiang. We have stayed only one night. Contrary to my conceptual impression on Urumqi, the Hotel well exceed my expectation. The lobby was spacious and well designed in style. The room was big and comfortable. Linen clean, fresh and soft.||||As expected, the restaurant on 27 floor was quite okay but the standard of the service need to be improve. They are attentive but their knowledge, skill will be improve in time with more exposure to the outside world.

这是我们去新疆拍照旅行入住的第一家酒店。我们只住了一晚。与我对乌鲁木齐的概念印象相反，酒店远远超出了我的预期。大堂宽敞且设计精美。房间很大很舒服。床单干净、清新、柔软。||||正如预期的那样，27楼的餐厅还不错，但服务水平有待提高。他们很专心，但随着更多地接触外部世界，他们的知识、技能会不断提高。

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Urumqi, which is probably the top hotel in the city. Highlights include the nice upgrade to a suite (very large size, nicely appointed), terrific club lounge (great service in the club lounge), excellent restaurant and breakfast buffet (enormous selection of food) and overall friendly service. The lobby bar, however, could not make most of the drinks on the menu, as it lacked the ingredients. Also, I was not sure if the nightclub in the building was part of the hotel or not. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I would definitely return to this hotel if I were in the area.

一次超出预期的入住体验，酒店的位置很好，软体服务上非常好，提前一天有致电询问何时入住和需要，入住时有对房型升级至行政楼层，行政酒廊的服务很棒，非常的贴心。房间的床超好睡，健身中心的泳池很棒，健身房的服务也ok。 酒店的硬件设施比较老旧，房间的体重秤无法使用（没有装电池），希望客房部可以注意检查。

I choose this hotel as it was one of the few international brands in Urumqi. I was picked up at the airport by a friendly driver and check-in staff all spoke English - communication was no problem with the staff I dealt with. My room was fine and the dining facilities were the equal of what you would expect of the Sheraton. The hotel is next to a high end shopping mall which is a big advantage

It's a Sheraton so it has standards and this hotel uphold them. Nice sized room, clean and comfortable bed, certainly meeting expectations. The only let down was the lobby which looked as though it was designed as a shopping mall, in fact knowing the way developers build in China it probably was. Either way it doesn't create a good impression.||||Nonetheless, this minor issue is worth overlooking it you want a reliably nice, comfortable stay and at a pretty good price.

I had a comfortable overnight stay in Sheraton Urumqi. Check in was quite ok, although there was a bit of language barrier.The room size was great for me and the bed was the most comfortable I had in my stay in Xinjiang. My only complaint was that the bathroom was a little dirty. Staff were prompt and polite. I requested for room service plus a taxi for an early morning flight and these requests were carried out seamlessly.

我在乌鲁木齐喜来登酒店度过了舒适的一晚。入住还不错，虽然有一点语言障碍。房间大小对我来说很好，床是我在新疆住过的最舒服的。我唯一的抱怨是浴室有点脏。工作人员迅速而有礼貌。我要求提供客房服务以及搭乘早班航班的出租车，这些要求都得到了无缝满足。

其實沒有之前網上所看到的評價那麼糟。雖然房間清潔不很到位，前台接待的禮儀與技巧也略顯粗糙，但考量到這是內陸城市，且價格以五星酒店來說非常便宜（跟其他城市比），早餐也不錯，還是可以再次入住的。此外，酒店推薦的一日遊行程（和其他散客拼團），體驗很糟，建議可多方比較，相同品質並不值得這個價格。
