全季酒店吐鲁番高昌路店

Both of us stayed here for four nights. Upon arrival at 10pm, the front desk ladies were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was upgraded for free and we spent four quiet and peaceful nights sleeping in this huge room.The location of this hotel is strategic, walking distance to Turpan museum, shopping malls and food stalls, restaurants and lots of eateries. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry room, equipped with two washing machines and two dryers. The breakfast provided was fantastic and scrumptious. We paid 30yuan to travel from/to Turpan North railway station to this hotel. We would recommend people visiting Turpan to stay here.

我们俩都在这里住了四个晚上。晚上10点到达后，前台小姐姐非常热情友好。我们的房间免费升级了，我们在这个大房间里度过了四个安静祥和的夜晚。这家酒店的位置优越，步行即可到达吐鲁番博物馆、购物中心和小吃摊、餐馆和许多餐馆。酒店还提供自助洗衣房，配有两台洗衣机和两台烘干机。提供的早餐非常棒而且美味。我们从吐鲁番火车北站到这家酒店花了30元。我们推荐来吐鲁番旅游的人住在这里。

Was a very big room. One corner was not cleaned. I was not informed about the breakfast. No real towels in the bathroom, just disposable out of paper under the sink.

Good location -not far from Jiaohe Ruins and Grape Valley -15 - 18 minute taxi ride to both locations -around 15 -20 rmb one way. Room was clean -spacious! Staff were friendly. Breakfast decent -tea but no coffee! For coffee -Dicos? -next to hotel!

位置很好 - 距离交河遗址和葡萄沟不远 - 乘坐出租车 15 - 18 分钟即可到达这两个地点 - 单程约 15 -20 元。房间很干净-宽敞！ 工作人员很友好。早餐不错——茶但没有咖啡！喝咖啡-德克士？ -酒店旁边！

Location is good, modern look, room was large with sofa, clean. Travel agent floor 9. Only issues..hotel is over 19 floors, busy turnover,lifts busy, front desk staff always changing and though they were helpful it is a bit impersonal overall. On our last night noisy guests partying next door kept us awake from 2 am to 7 am hotel response did not solve problem. No early check in possible when we arrived on morning train.

位置很好，外观现代，房间很大，有沙发，干净。旅行社位于 9 楼。唯一的问题是……酒店超过 19 层，繁忙的周转，电梯繁忙，前台工作人员总是在变化，虽然他们很乐于助人，但总体来说有点缺乏人情味。昨晚，隔壁聚会的吵闹客人让我们从凌晨 2 点到 7 点都睡不着，酒店的回应并没有解决问题。当我们乘坐早班火车到达时，无法提前办理入住。

This hotel is well located in the city centre and close to shops, restaurants, parks etc. The hotel was quite full while we were there however, and we found the elevators struggled to cope with the number of guests. Our twin room was huge with 2 queen size beds, a full length couch, coffee table and plenty of floor space for spreading out our luggage. The bathroom was modern and clean with plenty of hot water. There were also plenty of power points for charging phones, cameras etc and tea and coffee making was available in room. Breakfast in the dining room upstairs was a big let down. A very small dining room with food served buffet style and not nearly enough to cater for all the guests. We ate standing up as there were no tables available.

The Grand Turpan Hotel was pretty average for Xinjiang at its price point, as we quickly found out. We negotiated a price of 180 RMB/night, which was more expensive than anywhere else we had stayed in China. The room was a good size, the bathroom dusty and very old/cracked and not particularly clean. The air-conditioning worked well and there was wifi in the lobby which was very handy. Initially we thought there would be wifi in the room itself because we asked to see the room before booking and checked that we had a wifi connection while in there - but after we had registered and paid they took us to another room three floors up with no wifi connection. We were too tired to be bothered arguing over it. ||||The inclusive Chinese breakfast was quite ordinary and we didn't eat much of it. Staff were so-so, not the friendliest, but they were patient with us non-Chinese or Uighur speakers so we were grateful for that. The location was quite good, near the night markets and the bus station.

我们很快就发现，在新疆的这个价位上，吐鲁番大酒店相当平均。我们协商的价格是180元/晚，比我们在中国住过的其他地方都贵。房间大小合适，浴室布满灰尘，非常旧/破裂，而且不是特别干净。空调运转良好，大堂有wifi，非常方便。最初我们以为房间里有无线网络，因为我们在预订前要求看一下房间，并检查房间里是否有无线网络连接——但在我们注册并付款后，他们把我们带到了三层楼的另一个房间，没有无线网络连接。无线网络连接。我们太累了，无心为此争论。 ||||包的中式早餐很一般，我们没吃多少。工作人员马马虎虎，不是最友好的，但他们对我们非中文或维吾尔语人士很有耐心，所以我们对此表示感谢。位置很好，靠近夜市和公交车站。

I stayed there with a friend back in September. The hotel wasn't very clean, but was adequate. There was wireless in our room, but you had to pull the WiFi router off the wall to see the password. The location was good enough, but we just used it as a base to go see the flaming mountains and grape vineyards.||The breakfast was free but I didn't eat anything. Most of the items were out a little after 9am and the staff said it wouldn't be refilled (the buffet was open until 10am). The staff seemed really stingy, telling people not to take too much food. No coffee or any western food on the buffet.||For this price, I think you could find better places to stay in Turpan.||Turpan itself is well worth visiting, though.

九月份我和一个朋友住在那里。酒店不是很干净，但也足够了。我们的房间里有无线网络，但你必须把无线路由器从墙上拉下来才能看到密码。位置很好，但我们只是以此为基地，去看火焰山和葡萄园。||早餐是免费的，但我没有吃任何东西。大多数食物在上午 9 点之后就卖完了，工作人员说不会再补充（自助餐营业到上午 10 点）。工作人员看起来真的很小气，告诉人们不要吃太多食物。自助餐上没有咖啡或任何西餐。||以这个价格，我想你可以在吐鲁番找到更好的住宿地点。||不过，吐鲁番本身非常值得一游。

总体感觉还可以，他那有一个比较好的就是常年要是给包下来的话，每次去住都会给打折，我订到的标间最便宜的时候在吐鲁番旅游淡季的时候才60块钱，房间也挺干净挺卫生的，而且基本的服务也是有的，每天换床单什么的服务。他在旺季的时候也有一些特色的方面，就是我上次看他们的餐馆在进行改造，风格在进行一些变化。其他好像没什么娱乐设施。这个酒店在主街上，在新疆的市中心，到吐鲁番比较有名的葡萄沟也就4-5公里。
