**Before Check-In:**|I camped in Ili before this, then drove the Duku Highway, and plan to go to Kashgar next, so I chose to stay in Aksu. I had a bad experience at a guesthouse before, so I opted for a chain hotel to ensure quality.|| **Location and Transportation:**|The hotel is not far from the highway, with visible lights at night, and there's a nearby gas station for refueling, making it quite suitable as a roadside motel for a road trip.|| **Room Facilities:**|As a hotel newly opened in 2024, the facilities are quite new. The room floor has enough space to lay out two suitcases and still has room, which is convenient for those who are lazy.||There’s a free gym with Life Fitness equipment. Although this brand tends to wear out over time, it's still new enough.||Free laundry machines and detergent are provided, and there’s an iron in the closet, which is quite practical for travelers.||One issue encountered was a clogged drain in the room. After reporting to the hotel, they offered compensation. Since it was late, we chose not to switch rooms but received a complimentary breakfast the next day.||Another minor issue was the elevator card reader, which didn’t require a card to access any floor, and the reason for this is unclear.||**Service:**|Check-in at the front desk was swift, and the hotel provided reasonable compensation based on the situation, addressing guest needs promptly. The welcome fruit (dried fruit) had a distinctive Xinjiang touch.||The professionalism of front desk staff Ms. Guli Aimu and Ms. Busharem was commendable and deserves praise.||---||入住前在伊犁露营，随后走了独库公路，预计接下来去喀什，因此选择在阿克苏住宿。之前在民宿有不好的体验，于是选择连锁酒店来保证住宿质量。||📍位置交通：|酒店离高速路不远，晚上灯光比较显眼，附近还有加油站可以补给，蛮适合自驾途中作为汽车旅馆||🏠房间设施：|作为24年新开的酒店，设施足够新，房间地板可以铺开两个行李箱且有空间，对于懒人来说友好。||有免费健身房，器材是life fitness的，这个品牌在用久了以后比较松垮，但是目前足够新。||有免费洗衣机和洗衣液提供，熨斗在衣柜，对于旅行来说蛮实用。||遇到的问题是房间下水道有堵塞，和酒店反应后酒店提出补偿措施。因为时间比较晚，于是没有选择换房，而是次日免费早餐。||还有一个小问题是电梯有刷卡器，但是无需刷卡即可前往任意楼层，不知道原因||🍃服务：|前台办理入住迅速，酒店能根据实际情况进行合理补偿，满足住客需求，对备品需求响应也迅速。欢迎水果（干果）很新疆特色||前台古丽阿依木小姐和布沙热木小姐的专业度过关，值得好评
