住置很好，停車方便，沿橋邊步行很快到步行街，很多食肆選擇.房間舒適，景觀也好. 就是早餐比較簡單，似中式酒樓格局，也沒有咖啡機，需要齋啡的要自備.

This hotel is not suitable for you if you cannot speak standard Mandarin. This is because you have to tell the robot in standard mandarin to operate the air-condition. The remote control for the air-condition did not work. The staff sent to my room by reception could not get it to work. His advice was to shut off the air air-condition. I told him that the room was already cold and the temperature outside was colder! Then I had to argue with reception staff that shutting down the air-condition and use blanket was not the solution because my wife and I were going to take showers. Reception staff the came up to my room but he could not get the remote control to work either. He then talked to the robot to get the air-condition to blow warm air. Earlier I had talked to the to robot in Mandarin to raise the temperature, but it did respond. I asked it in Mandarin to blow warm air but it didn’t respond either. Seems it could only respond to standard phrases which I was not aware of. Reception staff also didn’t answer my phone calls, so I had to go down to reception twice to get them to come to my room. The master switch could switch off all lights but pressing it again did not restore the lights. Another room we had 2 days later had same issues. It was even worse as it did not have tissue paper. Breakfast was simple.

如果您不会说标准普通话，这家酒店可能不适合您。因为您必须用标准普通话告诉机器人如何操作空调。空调遥控器坏了。前台派来我房间的工作人员也搞不定。他的建议是关掉空调。我告诉他房间已经很冷了，外面更冷！然后我不得不跟前台争论，说关掉空调盖毯子不是解决办法，因为我和妻子还要洗澡。之后前台工作人员又来我房间，但他也没能弄好遥控器。他只好跟机器人说话，让它吹暖风。之前我用普通话跟机器人说过要调高温度，它有反应。我又用普通话让它吹暖风，它还是没反应。看来它只能听懂我不知道的标准用语。前台工作人员也不接我的电话，所以我不得不两次亲自去前台让他们到我的房间来。总开关可以关掉所有灯，但再按一下灯却不会亮。两天后我们换到另一个房间，问题依旧。更糟糕的是，房间里连纸巾都没有。早餐也很简单。
