飯店緊鄰杭州火車站，樓下有飯館及商鋪，出行用餐皆便利。房間為藍色標準系列飯店規格，此次入住房間位處較高樓層，可以從窗戶直眺西湖。大廳服務人員態度友善，協助衣物自助清洗，早餐在頂樓用餐，視野極佳，電梯間有標示用餐人潮時間，建議錯峰時間前往。

This hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Highly recommended.这家酒店的优点在于它靠近火杭州火车站/地铁站。而且酒店服务很周到。员工对我们需求的响应程度给我们留下了深刻的印象，酒店员工非常细心，在我们入住期间给我们多瓶食水，最后一晚还送了水果（我们没有要求）。感谢接待处的 Sam 和 Alan 提供出色的客户服务支持，感谢女服务员在保持房间清洁方面做得很好。自助早餐提供中餐和西方食物的选择。强烈推荐。

We stay in Holiday Inn Express West Lake East Hangzhou hotel for 8 days 7 nights. We took the MTR Line 1 from Hangzhou Airport to the Hotel about 1 hour and 15 minutes journey until Chengzhan station exit A3, then we cross the road is the hotel entrance.||The check in is smooth, the room and bathroom size is just fit for 2 persons stay. The air conditioning is cold, the bed is comfortable but the 2 pillows I have is too soft., every morning when I wake up my neat is painful. The room wi-fi is worked. The breakfast buffet have many varieties but most are vegetables.||The tour desk in the hotel can provide many Day Tour to Hangzhou, Shanghai, Suzhou and etc at reasonable price for selection.||The hotel is located very near to the MTR station and make very convenience to go every where in Hangzhou. I will stay in this hotel again if I come to Hangzhou.

我们在杭州西湖东智选假日酒店入住8天7晚。我们从杭州机场乘坐地铁1号线到酒店，车程约1小时15分钟，到城站站A3出口，过马路就是酒店门口。||办理入住很顺利，房间和浴室大小刚刚好适合2人入住。空调很冷，床很舒服，但我的两个枕头太软了。每天早上我醒来时，我的整理都很痛苦。房间的无线网络可以使用。自助早餐品种很多，但以蔬菜居多。||酒店旅游咨询台可以提供杭州、上海、苏州等地一日游，价格合理。||酒店距离地铁站很近前往杭州各处都非常方便。如果再来杭州我还会入住这家酒店。

Hotel was in a good location making it easy to get around. The staff on the front desk (CC) were friendly, adding my WeChat to allow for easy communication. Another positive was they accept parcels and also have free washers and dryers for guests to use. The only downside is it's pay on arrival and our foreign cards were not accepted. It's best to bring cash, or go to get cash out from the bank nearby.

酒店位置很好，出行很方便。前台（CC）的工作人员很友善，加了我的微信，方便沟通。另一个优点是他们接受包裹，并且还提供免费洗衣机和烘干机供客人使用。唯一的缺点是抵达时付费，并且不接受我们的外国卡。最好带现金，或者去附近的银行取现金。

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the front desk staff is friendly and able to communicate in English. There is a small workout room. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of good Chinese-style food. The location directly across from Hangzhou Train Station (not the high-speed Hangzhou East station) is useful for giving taxi directions. This is not a luxury hotel but it is well-priced and comfortable for the money.

酒店一尘不染，前台工作人员很友好，能够用英语交流。 有一个小健身房。 自助早餐提供品种丰富的中式美食。 位于杭州火车站（不是高速杭州东站）正对面的位置，对于提供出租车方向非常有用。 这不是一家豪华酒店，但价格合理且舒适。

My stay at this hotel was fine! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast service was good. The hotel didn’t have ice though and we couldn’t sort out the air conditioning in the room. There was no dinner service and although they advertised they had a bar, it was closed every night we stayed there. However, the hotel was comfortable enough and the price was definitely great.

我在这家酒店住得很好！房间很干净，床很舒服，早餐服务也很好。不过酒店没有冰块，我们也无法解决房间里的空调问题。没有晚餐服务，虽然他们广告上说有一个酒吧，但我们住在那里的每晚都关门。不过，酒店足够舒适，而且价格绝对很优惠。

地點：在城站 A3 出口一出便見到，十分方便。但入口是有兩間酒店的，要行至較入的自動門才是。酒店前面便是便利店，酒店隔鄰就有一間飯店。另外，酒店房間面積可以，也算乾淨自在。早餐像在青年旅社的長枱進食，食品種類選擇一般。

Very good location, literally in front of the train station. However the hotel upkeep is not as good as other similar tiers hotels. A bunch of old people just smoked indoor and no one stopped them. Cleanliness is decent, nothing impressive. Anyway, this hotel works if you just wanna prioritize accessibility
