房間清潔 一如既往的穩定 但我發現很多美居都會用各種方法要你多加他家的自微信會員甚麼的 加了一個人還不夠還要想加完全部人 有時會是真的煩人 另外 早餐那個煮面女的 沒給人好面色看 我要一碗雲吞麵 她還問我如何弄？ 我說雖然你的餐牌上是分開寫了 小雲吞 或素面，不就放一塊的事？還要陰陽我要怎麼弄？

離旅遊區較遠，但週邊環境安靜，房間空間大，很放鬆酒店有安排接送到地鐵站，所以都十分方便的酒店職員貼心有善

作为accord的高级别会员，很高兴在枢纽站附近能有如此高品质酒店。位置优越。酒店干净舒适，服务在线。只是没有欢迎礼和提前准备好入住信息有待提高

What a good thing about the hotel, the staffs service are really good. Even with little English, the Receptionist with glasses try her very best to serve. She helped me take my Taobao parcels (which were alot) from the back store. I forgot her name There is washing machine and dryer provided on level 3 and the aunty in charge helped me to dry my clothes when two of the dryer machine occuppied. Just write our room number and remember to pick up after cameback. One plus thing, they provide liquid detergent, softener including antiseptic (I cant remember as I only use two) and mineral waters to grab as many as you want 🤪 If you are light sleeper, you better find some other hotel as this hotel is in front of big road. And the plus thing is you can take 278 Bus No to Fengqi just 20 m from the hotel there is a bus stop. After check out, I wanted to order didi to Hangzhou East Railway Station and EMILY helped me to call the driver and ask him to drive in the lobby then ensure my big luggages could fit in. Thanks for the mineral water provided after checked out too. A lil disappointed with the hot water, as February is still cold, the hot water runs very slow. Overall, quite okay. if u can cycling, actually u can try cycling to the nearest Metro, so you do not need to walk 700m to Nearest Metro. Super easy to order food via Meituan as long as you ask the receptionist to input the address along with room number, when it is arrived, a robot will show in front of your room 😘
