Nice Hotel at a good location. Short distance to the city, short distance to the lake. The rooms are not special, but fully OK (clean, well maintained, big enough, all the equipment you need). The beds are excellent.||The staff is extremly friendly and supportive. Many of them do speak english and they help whenever wanted.||The breakfest has a lot of european staff, even small bread buns. The Chinese Restaurant in house is good and the food is fine.||When we had a technical problem with our motorbike the manager on duty took personally time to find a service station for us. They fixed the problem and we could move on with our holiday. A very biker friendly hotel.

不错的酒店，位置优越。距离城市很近，距离湖边很近。房间并不特别，但完全还可以（干净，维护良好，足够大，有你需要的所有设备）。床非常好。||工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。他们中的许多人都会说英语，只要需要他们就会提供帮助。||早餐有很多欧洲工作人员，甚至还有小面包。房子里的中餐厅很好，食物也很好。||当我们的摩托车出现技术问题时，值班经理亲自花时间为我们找到了服务站。他们解决了问题，我们可以继续我们的假期。一家非常适合骑自行车的酒店。

This hotel was decent. The pool and gym facilities were good and the bedrooms were okay - comfortable beds but dated decor. I stayed for three nights but found myself rather hungry near the end of the trip. My diet whilst staying here consisted of noodles in soup with a little soy sauce. I was not prepared to eat chicken bum or pig trotter, sorry but this is not a favourable diet for someone like myself. This may just be my western naivety but the food was just not to my liking. 3/5 overall experience.

We had a executive deluxe room with lake view. Our room was very spacious and we were able to make bed on the sofa for our 4 year old. Room was very clean and in good condition. Bathroom was also huge, enough space in the shower for the whole family.||||Hotel location was good, few small shops on the other side of the road and Century Mart about 2 km away. ||||Limited amount of parking lots outside. ||||Service was very kind (not so common in China), staff was very friendly. Hotel does co-operation with a travel agency and they arranged us a boat trip to the lake in a short notice.||||Buffet dinner was a bit disappointing, lots of shellfish, but breakfast was ok. A la carte instead was delicious. Service in restaurant was excellent, every time staff heard a fork or knife fall down, they replaced it immediately. Even our children's mouths were wiped by personnel. Children had ice cream for dessert, even though it was not on the list.||||Room service menu had very reasonable pricing.||||In every shift there were at least one english speaking person.||||This hotel had international feeling and few five star features. Definitely worth of staying. I would go here again.

我们住的是行政豪华房，可以看到湖景。我们的房间非常宽敞，我们可以在沙发上为我们 4 岁的孩子铺床。房间非常干净，状况良好。浴室也很大，淋浴空间足够全家人使用。||||酒店位置很好，马路对面有几家小商店，距离世纪联运大约2公里。 ||||室外停车场数量有限。 ||||服务非常友善（在中国并不常见），工作人员非常友好。酒店与旅行社有合作，他们很快就安排我们乘船去湖边。||||自助晚餐有点令人失望，有很多贝类，但早餐还可以。相反，点菜很美味。餐厅的服务非常好，每次工作人员听到叉子或刀子掉下来时，他们都会立即更换。连我们孩子的嘴都被工作人员擦干净了。孩子们吃了冰淇淋作为甜点，尽管它不在清单上。||||客房服务菜单的价格非常合理。||||每个班次都至少有一个会说英语的人。||||这家酒店有国际化的感觉，很少有五星级的特色。绝对值得入住。我会再去这里。

We only stayed for 1 night in this hotel coming from Huangshan, on our way to Thousand Island Lake, the experience was really good. Although the room is a bit smaller than the other Holiday Inn I have stayed, the set-up is basically the same. Good bed, soft pillows and clean sheets. We were already sleeping when they sent us a platter of fruits, which was very nice but should have sent it earlier. Excellent breakfast (good presentation and hot meals)||Definitely would stay in this hotel again if I come back to this region.

我们从黄山来千岛湖途中只在这家酒店住了一晚，体验非常好。虽然房间比我住过的其他假日酒店小一点，但布置基本是一样的。床很好，枕头很软，床单很干净。当他们给我们送来一盘水果时，我们已经在睡觉了，水果非常好，但应该早点送来。美味的早餐（精美的摆盘和热餐）||如果我回到这个地区，我肯定会再次入住这家酒店。

感谢前枱余俐与黄琴及工作人员、本人在酒店入住与交通方面的協助.尤其是经理江水红贴心与熱情.又善解人意、令我夫妻俩流連忘返的又续住了2晚.歺厅吕師傅的酒菜包更是大家排隊搶吃.下次還会住海外海.

Stayed for one night on a business trip on Executive floor. Clean, well fitted rooms with comfy bed. Small but pleasant pool in basement. Didn't use gym. Very nice executive restaurant on 5th floor with full table service and view over West Lake (Xihu) which is within easy walking distance. One unexpected attraction was the cloud of dragonflies outside the window while I was eating breakfast. In the evening, borrow a bike from the hotel (2 hours free to executive rooms) and cycle round the lake. Dinner at Teppanyaki restaurant on ground floor is to be recommended - not cheap but top class. English spoken throughout hotel.

出差在行政楼层住了一晚。房间干净、设备齐全，配有舒适的床。地下室虽小但令人愉快的游泳池。没有使用健身房。非常好的行政餐厅位于五楼，提供全套餐桌服务，可欣赏到西湖（西湖）的景色，步行即可到达。一个意想不到的景点是我吃早餐时窗外成群的蜻蜓。晚上，从酒店借自行车（行政房免费2小时），骑车环湖。推荐在一楼的铁板烧餐厅吃晚餐——不便宜，但是一流。整个酒店都说英语。

Located on highway far from the island the hotel provides comfortable stay, good breakfast Good service, well mannered staff and tidy rooms. Though the island takes another 30-40 minutes by car which is a disadvantage. Other vantage points are this has multigym, swimming pool, sauna but no Jacuzzi. Located around good food joints like Chipotle and Mcdonalds which are actually walking distance.

酒店位于远离岛屿的高速公路上，提供舒适的住宿、美味的早餐、良好的服务、彬彬有礼的工作人员和整洁的房间。虽然上岛需要另外 30-40 分钟的车程，这是一个缺点。其他有利位置是这里有多功能健身房、游泳池、桑拿浴室，但没有按摩浴缸。位于Chipotle和麦当劳等美食店附近，实际上步行即可到达。

住的豪华湖景房，5楼稍微有点低了。房间大，但是觉得稍微有点空虚。空调比较给力，隔壁马路走不远有一排好几家吃鱼头的地方，本地人都在吃，大头鱼30元一斤。味道只能说一般。这个酒店的早餐是我最满意的地方，品种丰富，快空盘了马上上新的。虽然不是IHG旗下的酒店了，但是总的来说要给5分。对了，马路对面就是千岛湖，早上可以去散步，感觉很不错。。
