汉庭优佳酒店（杭州萧山国际机场店）

Hotel was lovely and clean. Even though the staff couldn't speak English they were very friendly and helpful. I needed to go to the airport very early in the morning and was so glad that this hotel provided this service...a shuttle bus for their guests. For me this was a plus. I will definitely use this hotel again if I need to take an early morning flight as I stay outside the city.

酒店很漂亮而且干净。尽管工作人员不会说英语，但他们非常友好和乐于助人。我需要一大早去机场，很高兴这家酒店提供这项服务……为他们的客人提供班车。对我来说这是一个优点。如果我住在城外，需要乘坐早班飞机，我肯定会再次选择这家酒店。

We have a language difficulties but everything is good with translation apps. Hotel is good, quite big and amenities complete. What do I love hotel in China is we could open the door for fresh air which is very nice! Location wise for airport transit only. Otherwise, it was very far from city centre and famous places to visit in West Lake. Overall, I do love a kindness attitude from front desk of this hotel. Thank you so much…..!

我们有语言障碍，但翻译应用程序一切都很好。酒店不错，比较大，设施也比较齐全。我喜欢中国酒店的一点是我们可以打开门呼吸新鲜空气，这非常好！位置明智，仅适合机场转机。除此之外，距离市中心和西湖著名景点都很远。总的来说，我很喜欢这家酒店前台的友善态度。太感谢了…..！

雖然離地鐵遠了點，但也有車可以到地鐵接人，飯店環境很好，服務周到，寄存行李或是機場接送，櫃檯人員都用心協助。

is quite nice to overnight at here for the next day morning transit...is budget & clean hotel to stay for a few hours....we didnt call hotel to pick us at airport during arrival because we using roaming...but we use their free shuttle van from hotel to airport...is very good to hv this service because is hard to call didi during early morning...will visit again next time..because flight delay cant hv time to go around...

在这里过夜是为了第二天早上的转机，这真是太好了……这是一家经济型、干净的酒店，可以住几个小时……我们在抵达时没有打电话给酒店来机场接我们，因为我们使用的是漫游……但是我们使用他们从酒店到机场的免费班车...这项服务非常好，因为早上很难打电话给滴滴...下次会再次访问..因为航班延误无法有时间绕行.. 。

到了機場之後有非常貼心的免費接送機服務，我是十點半到五點半出發的，前臺小哥哥小姐姐和司機師傅都非常熱情，還幫我免費升級了房型！雖然只住了短短幾個小時，但整體體驗非常棒

This hotel is good. But I suggest to improve more staff and try to gives the guest welcome drinks or fruits. Otherwise every sector is good

nice room and comfortable bed.The room is clean and has comfortable and nice ambience. The amenities are excellent and the hotel’s interior design is good and relaxing to the eyes. The food are delicious and the staff are very helpful.

漂亮的房间和舒适的床。房间很干净，氛围舒适美好。酒店的设施非常好，室内设计也很好，让人赏心悦目。食物很美味而且工作人员非常乐于助人。
