Nanjing Hanyu Hotel

The hotel is poorly signposted and located far from the city center, making it inconvenient. Upon arrival, we noticed a serious lack of cleanliness in our room: the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, the trash had not been emptied, and a cigarette butt was lying on the floor. The walls were stained, the floor was poorly washed, and the sheets had stains and even holes. Additionally, the bathroom window was broken and wouldn’t close, letting in a freezing draft.In the second room we stayed in, the air conditioning reeked of cigarette smoke, forcing us to request a different one. In the other room, the air conditioning simply didn’t work.Finally, the soundproofing is almost non-existent: we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms as well as from the floor above, making for very uncomfortable nights. Overall, a disappointing experience.

酒店标识不清晰，而且远离市中心，出行不便。抵达后，我们发现房间严重脏乱：浴室清洁不到位，垃圾桶也未清理，地板上散落着一个烟蒂。墙壁污渍斑斑，地板也清洗不彻底，床单上甚至还有污渍和破洞。此外，浴室的窗户坏了，关不上，冷风灌进来。我们住的第二个房间，空调里弥漫着一股烟味，我们不得不要求换一间。另一个房间的空调根本就坏了。最后，隔音效果几乎为零：隔壁房间以及楼上发生的一切，我们都能听到，这让我们晚上非常不舒服。总而言之，这是一次令人失望的体验。
