Everything is good as Merritt is a branded hotel in the world! The one in Nantong keeps the quality! The breakfast is good & the staff is friendly especially Yola in the front desk is especially enthusiastic! Promise to stay in this hotel when I come again to Nantong!

This particular hotel is fairly new and it is built on the lake, which makes for a beautiful view from the room. There are food options close by as well as son was in the hotel. the swimming pool is very nice. the hotel. Staff are always very polite professional and happy to serve. It’s not our first time coming here and it certainly won’t be our last. Hands down the best hotel in Nantong!

Breakfast is very poor, organization and the quality of the food is very low. My expectations of the Hotel is that Organization and Quality detail is missing and staff are not focused because they have limited experience and limited guidance.||Breakfast is offered to everyone to bring the people into the Marriott Hotel, to let them explore the environment, very good marketing technique but the staff are just not ready and the food is to a very low standard, based on other Hotels that are in the Nantong - I would base my rating 3.5/10 this is the maximum I could give based on my first breakfast experience, I would have to see significant improvements before I returned back.||I just expected a better experience - environment. I am also willing to meet the management team to discuss why I write such comments, facts are facts and the only way to improve is to communicate and discuss the experience in this way the above could potentially change, I leave my comments to the Management discretion.

This is a new hotel but it seems it has bad management. |Yes the room was new. But I won't comment on the design concept. |The bed was comfortable the shower did not have good pressure. |Check in and check out took very long. Most of the staff don't speak well English or not at all. |Service overall was just ok. The staff at the executive lounge were great. |It seems the management does not get the concept of service in general and specialy dont get the concept of treating your loyal customers well. |The selection of fresh fruit and vegetables at breakfast and happy hour was extremely limited. |Most probably won't come back to this hotel. there are better options around nantong.
