绿洲国际假日酒店

房间很干净，隔音效果及环境都很好，睡眠很舒适，早餐种类很多，味道也很好。其他的体验由于居住时间短，就不乱评价了。

酒店附近有很多食肆, 交通亦很方便。現在沒有很多遊客入住, 所以酒店環境比以前寧靜。 整體是一次舒適的體驗, 值得推薦, 下次可再來。

Thehousekeeping in the hotel is top notch and I have lived there for 8 years and every different housekeeping knows my living habits and cleans my room very organized and professional. I have lived in the hotel for 8 years. In contrast to room service，the restaurant's new management team falls far short of what is required of a four-star hotel service compared with the previous teams, I think the quality of the current team is far less than that of any previous teams。 （1） The Restaurant environment （2） The Sanitation condition- When I sit down at my reservation table, there is a lot of grease on the table,I had asked waitress to clecan it ,it never happen before when I stay. (3) The service quality of the staff， the new team never have a greeting with the customers and sometime I can't find the manger to complaint. (4) Service management is poor,what I don't understand is that they can use a reasons of some big group as an excuse not to have room service.

酒店的客房服务是一流的，我在那里住了8年，每个不同的客房服务人员都了解我的生活习惯，并且非常有条理和专业地打扫我的房间。 我在这家酒店住了8年了。反观客房服务，餐厅新的管理团队与之前的团队相比，远远达不到四星级酒店服务的要求，我认为现在的团队的素质远远不如之前的任何团队。 （一）餐厅环境 （2）卫生条件——当我坐在预订的桌子上时，桌子上有很多油脂，我已经让服务员清理干净了，以前我住的时候从来没有发生过这种情况。 （3）员工服务质量，新团队从来不跟顾客打招呼，有时找不到经理投诉。 （4）服务管理很差，我不明白的是他们可以用一些大团体的理由作为不提供客房服务的借口。

We spent a celebratory night in this hotel and the expectations were high. We were not disappointed, we had a wonderful staycation in a comfortable room on the 22nd floor and a view on the surroundings. We chose the “superior room” and it can with an extremely comfortable bed (with 2 pillows each: one soft and one firm, to meet everyone’s preferences), a big desk, a reading armchair and a big bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The room was very clean and the hotel itself gave a “luxury” vibe while being affordable. The receptionist spoke English, and so did some of the staff at the breakfast. The breakfast is a buffet with a huge choice, both Chinese and Continental (baozi, eggs, bacon, meat, cold cuts, rice…but also fruit, fresh bread and pastries, many types of juice, coffee, yogurt and cereals…)The hotel also has a spa, a gym, a swimming pool and some restaurants, but we didn’t try any (…this time!)Around the structure there are many places to eat and many different malls, and it is very close to the train station, even if it is a little far from the center.All in all we had a wonderful experience and we want to repeat it as soon as we can!!

我们在这家酒店度过了一个庆祝之夜，期望很高。我们没有失望，我们在 22 楼舒适的房间里度过了一段美妙的住宿时光，还可以欣赏到周围的景色。我们选择了“高级房”，里面有一张极其舒适的床（每个有2个枕头：一软一硬，以满足每个人的喜好）、一张大桌子、一张阅读扶手椅和一间带淋浴和浴缸的大浴室。房间非常干净，酒店本身给人一种“豪华”的氛围，同时价格实惠。接待员会说英语，早餐时的一些工作人员也会说英语。早餐是自助餐，选择很多，有中式和欧式（包子、鸡蛋、培根、肉类、冷盘、米饭……还有水果、新鲜面包和糕点、多种果汁、咖啡、酸奶和麦片……）。酒店还设有水疗中心、健身房、游泳池和一些餐厅，但我们没有尝试任何（……这次！）酒店周围有很多吃饭的地方和许多不同的购物中心，而且距离火车站，即使离市中心有点远。总而言之，我们有一次美妙的经历，我们想尽快重复！

很满意的一次入住呢。我们到达酒店的时候，人挺多的，排队等了一下，看到有机器人。也在美食屋，买了点甜点和咖啡，味道不错。前台办理手续的时候，非常专业，虽然很忙，但也讲解的很具体，详细的告诉我们早餐、停车票啥的。房间干净整洁，清扫的阿姨也很热情。早餐很丰盛，还有健身房和泳池。总体来说非常满意

出行我最看重床的舒适度和早餐的丰富程度，这家酒店满足了我的这两个要求，下次会体验更多其他的设施，所以后续如果有机会我还会入住这家酒店。

在上次入住，反馈行政酒廊问题后，酒店管理层及时与我联系了解情况。这次生日入住，酒店安排了105平的精致套房，并且很客气的准备了生日蛋糕，虽然最后因为当天收到太多蛋糕并没有吃多少但还是相当感谢酒店的关照。关于酒廊服务，这次也了解到，上次的是实习生，明显感觉这次入住服务提升了很多，相当热情友好。酒店的礼宾也很好，主动帮我寄存生日蛋糕。不足之处，就只是房间的浴室电视还有床头的音响基座不兼容lighting，这个已经反应过了，希望好的要继续保持，不足的要加紧改进。我是个几乎满意也不会给满分好评的人，但这次的入住体验，让南通的假日酒店成为我第二个给满分好评的假日酒店。期待下次入住，还能体验到相同的服务。

酒店环境不错，高层视野好，大厅环境不错有音乐，门前喷泉晚上挺好看，周末有婚宴和各类会议在此承办。服务员会主动打招呼，早餐类型丰富，服务到位。房间设施中规中矩，床较软，不过作为一家国际连锁酒店，价位持平江浙沪一般五星酒店，住的标准间淋浴居然只有手持式花洒，洗澡体验不佳。房间面积不大，房间内mini吧的冰箱不制冷，略遗憾。后来酒店客服经理及时电话跟进沟通，并表示了歉意，服务上还是弥补了一定的体验缺憾。
