Three days very bad service, far below Marriott service standard, particularly for membership. I attach a picture, this is the fruit they sent to my room. They are so unprofessional and rude, astonishing. Guest manager show indifference and not willing to change. What a behavior and how they treat elite member like this? When I complain that this is the worst lounge I have ever experienced, another guest nearby agrees with my comments. They charge high price but offer extremely bad service. Unusual.

Nice stay! Rooms are large and clean! No western options for food. Customer service at night is a bit confused but nevertheless we had a great time.

Really enjoyed my stay in the Renaissance Hotel. The room was spotless and had a great view of the lake. The food was very enjoyable too. Will definitely use again.

It was a perfect experience in an awesome location. Very luxurious rooms with spectacular view to the lake, great breakfast. Would love to come again to enjoy all facilities.
