Jiangnan Mingdu International Hotel

Room amenities (coffee pods) was not properly replenished daily. No hand towels. Lesser pillows than my previous stays. Gym was hot and humid as usual. Hotel staff was helpful though.

房间设施（咖啡包）每天没有适当补充。没有手巾。枕头比我之前住的少。健身房像往常一样炎热潮湿。不过酒店工作人员很乐于助人。

發生了一點小意外，但酒店職員反應很快，問題很快就解決了，一路職員服務態度也很好👍🏻下一次也會選擇江南明都！

Service was decent. However, a suggestion to the front desk staff: Please do not stop in the middle of servicing customers who patiently queued up, to service another customer who do not queue and just walk to the front desk and ask questions. This is disrespectful to the queued customer who has to wait longer time to complete the required service from your staff.

服务很不错。不过，给前台工作人员的建议是：请不要在服务耐心排队的顾客的过程中停下来，去服务其他没有排队的顾客，而是走到前台询问问题。这是对排队的顾客的不尊重，他们必须等待更长的时间才能完成工作人员所需的服务。

This is not an international hotel. In the early evening nobody at the check in could speak English. Restaurant not available for dinner. Nearly no internet Wifi in intelligence room. Breakfast really worse. Waiters all look on ground - nobody friendly. No coffee available as no one knows how to operate the coffee machine. No omelet - only Chinese food. Fork and knife you have to organise by yourself. After some time no more forks and knifes available. But nobody cares - no interest at all. The rooms are really nice and modern but the service is a catastrophe. Next time in Jintan will book an real international hotel. The international in the name of this hotel is totally wrong.

这不是一家国际酒店。傍晚时分，办理入住手续时没有人会说英语。餐厅不提供晚餐。情报室几乎没有无线网络。早餐确实差了点。服务员都看着地面——没有人友好。没有咖啡可用，因为没有人知道如何操作咖啡机。没有煎蛋卷 - 只有中餐。叉子和刀子必须自己准备。一段时间后，不再有叉子和刀可用。但没有人关心——根本没有兴趣。房间真的很漂亮很现代，但服务却是一场灾难。下次来金坛还会订真正的国际酒店。这家酒店的名字中的国际是完全错误的。

Very clean and new hotel. Good breakfast and high quality appliencences. I have paid only 40$ a night for a very clean and comfortable bed. You have free WiFi Wich has the typical speed in Chinese hotels for a short too to changzhou recommendable

Breakfast is ok. Restaurant staff was helpful. Gym is lacking air ventilation.
