徐州东区绿地铂骊酒店

The hotel is nice, the room was very comfortable and clean but it is getting a little old. You can spot many signs of wear and tear in places. However, if you are traveling through Xuzhou for work it is ideally situated right in front of the high speed train station which is very convenient but also a bit dull if you want to walk around at night to kill time as there is nothing around.

酒店很好，房间很舒适，很干净，但是有点旧了。您可以在某些地方发现许多磨损的迹象。然而，如果您是来徐州出差，那么它的位置非常理想，就在高铁站前面，非常方便，但如果您想在晚上四处走走消磨时间，那么这里就有点沉闷了，因为周围什么也没有。

Stayed at this hotel last minute due to a canceled train. Arrived after 8pm. The location is really convenient. It's walking distance from Xuzhou East Station. The staff was really friendly though not much was available around the hotel. The bar and both restaurants were not able to provide drinks. Fortunately there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel so if you are in need you can make do. They are willing to provide assistance ordering anything you may need through delivery services 24 hours a day so that too is an option. Lastly, the gym is really great and very clean however when I went to go look for for Sauna the men's locker room was locked and the women's locker room had a staff member sleeping in it so we weren't sure what that area of the hotel was like. Obviously this was around 9 o'clock at night so it's hard to know what it's like during the day.

The hotel is near Xuzhou East station, but make sure you go out from West square. We went out from East square and take TAXI to the hotel by paying 8 Yuan. Hotel facility is good, bed is clean and comfortable. service is fast, breakfast is good, I like Sheep soup. Overall, it is good hotel.

酒店靠近徐州东站，但一定要从西广场出去。我们从东广场出来，花8元打车到酒店。酒店设施很好，床很干净，很舒服。服务很快，早餐很好，我喜欢羊汤。总的来说，这是一家不错的酒店。

Was staying at this hotel on my way back to SH as the speed train stopped at Xuzhuo East due to typhoon in SH.||||Staying for 2-days and the hotel located just next to Xuzhou East station which convenient to commute. There are few restaurants nearby which enough for local diners. The hotel it self is quiet in the inside even very close to the high-speed station (maybe due to not many train passing by due to typhoon). The staff at the front desk not that welcoming and the room was not that clean especially in the shower room.

因为上海台风，高铁停在徐涧东，所以在回上海的路上就住了这家酒店。||||住了2天，酒店就在徐州东站旁边，出行很方便。附近有几家餐馆，足以满足当地食客的需求。酒店本身很安静，即使离高铁站很近（可能是因为台风的缘故，没有多少火车经过）。前台的工作人员不太热情，房间不太干净，尤其是淋浴间。

I stayed 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel location is very convenient, right next to Xuzhou East station. |Check in was smooth and the lady in the reception was very friendly and professional. I asked for non-smoking room, and unlike in many hotels I’ve been to in China, my room was actually smell-free and fresh. Pleasant surprise was also, that there were no strong smelling cleaning agents used, also very common in Chinese hotels. There was also an air purifier in the room. Bath products were good quality.|The room was reasonably quiet even if the hotel is next the railway station. Beds are very hard. There is a gym in the hotel, but it only opens at 7am. For business travelers who would like to work out in the morning that’s too late, so I didn’t check it out.|I had some challenges as well: i tried to order dinner from room service but the language barrier was too much. They also provide a qr-code to order room service via WeChat, but the account wasn’t active/ no one replied. |Breakfast was ok on weekdays, but Saturday morning it seemed most western food was out, no cheese etc. Breakfast room was tidy during the week, but Saturday it was quite messy, difficult to find clean table even if it wasn’t that busy or at the end of the breakfast time.|Check out took painfully long, and the staff members didn’t have any control over the queue. There were several people skipping the line and were served before the people who were waiting. I wanted to pay via Alipay, but the receptionist charged my credit card without checking (I told him I want to pay with Ali, but he probably missed it). At that point i had already spent 20 minutes in the check out line and had to rush to my train, so didn’t get that fixed.| |

我出差期间住了 3 个晚上。酒店位置很方便，就在徐州东站旁边。 |入住很顺利，接待处的女士非常友好和专业。我要求的是无烟房，与我在中国住过的许多酒店不同，我的房间实际上没有气味，很清新。令人惊喜的是，没有使用气味浓烈的清洁剂，这在中国酒店中也很常见。房间里还有空气净化器。沐浴用品质量很好。|即使酒店位于火车站旁边，房间也相当安静。床很硬。酒店有健身房，不过早上7点才开门。对于想早上锻炼的商务旅客来说太晚了，所以我没有检查。|我也遇到了一些挑战：我尝试通过客房服务订晚餐，但语言障碍太大。他们还提供了一个二维码，可以通过微信订购客房服务，但该帐户未激活/没有人回复。 |工作日的早餐还可以，但是周六早上好像大部分西餐都没有了，没有奶酪之类的。 早餐室平日里很整洁，但是周六就很乱了，即使不那么忙也很难找到干净的桌子或在早餐时间结束时。|退房花了很长的时间，而且工作人员无法控制队列。有几个人跳过了队伍，在等待的人之前得到了服务。我想通过支付宝付款，但接待员没有检查就从我的信用卡上扣款了（我告诉他我想用阿里付款，但他可能错过了）。那时我已经在结账队伍中排了 20 分钟，不得不赶去火车，所以没有解决这个问题。| |

During my business trip to China I had a short stay in this hotel, it had a great location near to the railway station, it was calm and clean , you can have a nice free walk near the hotel . The staff were friendly and professional.

酒店离高铁站很近，方便，第二次选择这个酒店，楼顶的logo很好辨认，离地铁站同样很近，便捷，酒店有停车场，很好，门口和地下都可以停车，地下停车场也比较大，不错，进入大堂香薰味道很好，很喜欢，大堂有ATM 取款机和火车票取票机，非常方便，大堂吧有茶点和甜品，价格优惠味道好。前台服务好，升级了房间还赠送了水果，办理速度快，操作熟练，较上一次新增了登记人脸识别，跟上了大城市的步伐，感觉好，点赞。自助餐厅味道好，菜品丰富，牛排味道很好，很喜欢，服务也不错。中餐厅菜的味道较上次有了提升和改进，感觉很好。当天二楼的宴会厅有会议活动，宴会厅空间也挺大，能看出生意很好。三楼有个SPA，人较少，部分价格有优惠哦。房间内有绿植，感觉非常不错，还有空气净化器，对空气质量有要求的人是必备的装备吧，很好。房间内还有瑜伽球和瑜伽垫，方便。房间新增了按摩器，扫码付费使用，感觉很好。房间内卫生干净，整洁，还有保险箱，非常好。电话机旁边还有多功能手机充电头，完美。空调也很暖和。房间安静，这次睡得很好，退房速度快，扫码开发票很便捷，礼宾员友好，帮忙拉行李送到车上，非常感谢。总之这次我非常满意，下次还来，强烈推荐!
