Hengtong Garden Hotel

This hotel is not good for tourists from different countries. Only one person from all staff of this hotel can speak English. Like understand, it is not convenient, if you don't speak Chinese. You can prepare tea or coffee in your room. Unfortunately, only one bottle of water/ day. If you want more water, you need to pay. All restaurants to the second floor has menu only Chinese and without photos. In this case, very difficult to order something. Dinner to the restaurant to the first floor is 'all inclusive'. I stopped by this hotel for 1 night to visit my customer in Wuxi. The hotel is located at the fringe of Wuxi city. For those who are on business or do not want to be right in the middle of Wuxi city, this is the place. Price is at least 30% cheaper than equivalent hotels in the city.||||My sleep was good even for that 1 night and the stay was comfortable. Will come here again when I next visit Wuxi for business.

Too expensive for a 4 stars Chinese style hotel. Only the teppanyaki restaurant is really good. Rooms are noisy and not well cleaned. Everywhere stinky about Chinese food. Breakfast not good and too noisy as well. English knowledge doesn't exist in this place.

对于四星级中式酒店来说太贵了。只有铁板烧餐厅确实不错。房间很吵而且打扫得不好。到处都是中国菜的臭味。早餐不好而且太吵。这个地方不存在英语知识。

前台服务很好很热情，尤其是小汪。对于我定错日期，一直在努力帮我协调修改，房间很干淨也安静。下次来无錫惠山的首选。

Grande chambre, propre, calme, grand buffet de petit déjeuner mais le choix est parfois un peu limité. ||Pas d'animation de ville à proximité. l’hôtel est situé au milieu d'immeubles d'habitation.||Très peu de choix de restaurant à proximité (sans prendre le taxi).

房间很大，干净，安静，自助早餐丰盛，但选择有时有点有限。 ||附近没有城市娱乐场所。酒店位于公寓楼的中间。||附近的餐厅选择很少（无需乘坐出租车）。
