Room was really clean with nice view from the window there is just one thing to improve ventilation wasn’t good and I felt so hot the AC wasn’t working because of the winter so I had no option just to turn off the heater and room was a little bit dusty hope they can improve cleaning dust and ventilation. Staff was really friendly . This is my third time to stay in this hotel next time for sure will stay again. Very convenient to get to the wuxi train station and subway stations nearby .

房间真的很干净，窗外的景色很美，只有一件事需要改进，通风不好，我感觉很热，因为冬天空调坏了，所以我别无选择，只能关掉暖气和房间有点灰尘希望他们能改进清洁灰尘和通风。工作人员非常友好。这是我第三次入住这家酒店，下次肯定会再次入住。附近前往无锡火车站和地铁站非常方便。

酒店位于市中心，酒店工作人员态度亲切，虽然设施不是全新，但是有了年代的体验，房间很干净，值得推荐的无锡市中心酒店

位置好，管理也很好的正規酒店，就是房內設施太老舊了，不符合現代需求。

酒店位置極佳，與崇安寺商店街只是一路之隔。酒店房間亦算足夠，設施亦不錯，唯獨浴室的花灑水壓不足，有待改善。

The welcome was fine, but I think due to covid and low activity there is limited staff inside the hotel. The facility is well located, close to the railway station and just 100 m far from 2 subway stations. The breakfast is good with many choices available. I enjoy the stay and for our next trip to Wuxi this for sure will be the hotel we will book.

欢迎仪式很好，但我认为由于新冠疫情和活动较少，酒店内的工作人员有限。设施位置优越，靠近火车站，距2个地铁站仅100m。早餐很好有很多选择。我很享受这次住宿，下次去无锡旅行时，我们肯定会预订这家酒店。

Went Wuxi with family .. stayed 2 nights .. hotel is good and clean .. location is perfect close to downtown , railway station and shopping malls and restaurants. Rooms are clean and neat.Special mention to friendly staff. They were helpful and supportive.Good breakfast with variety and western options too .Child friendly hotel My son enjoyed the stay .Overall great experience..Will stay again for sure ..

I had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend at Grand Park Wuxi hotel. The front desk workers were very kind in assisting me to find a Seafood restaurant to dine. When I was unable to get in my room, I received help within a nanosecond of lodging a complaint. Breakfast was in buffet style, so there were a lot of healthy food choices to select from. Never ignore your health while you are out and about traveling. The gym at the hotel provided me that space to take care of me. They had all the right gym equipment to keep the momentum going as I travel. If I do decide to go back to Wuix, I would definitely choose this hotel. I am sure that you will love it as well.

我在无锡君乐酒店度过了一个非常平静和轻松的周末。前台工作人员很友善地帮我找到了一家海鲜餐厅用餐。当我无法进入自己的房间时，我在提出投诉后的一纳秒内就得到了帮助。早餐是自助式的，所以有很多健康的食物可供选择。外出旅行时，切勿忽视自己的健康。酒店的健身房为我提供了照顾自己的空间。他们拥有所有合适的健身器材，让我在旅行时保持动力。如果我决定再去Wuix，我肯定会选择这家酒店。我相信您也会喜​​欢它。
