Holiday Inn Wuxi Central Station

Hotel is new and clean, with sofa bed, desk and chair but lacking intelligent control， smart TV or smart toilet. It is conveniently located above hi speed train and subway station, traffic is heavy in front of the hotel do allow extra time if travel by car. Staffs are polite, breakfast offers sufficient choices with some local delight. The only downside is I did not sleep well, room temperature is too high, the hotel provided an electric fan in room but it’s not helping with the temperature.

酒店很新，很干净，有沙发床，书桌椅子，但缺乏智能控制，智能电视或智能马桶。 酒店位于高铁和地铁站上方，交通便利，酒店前面交通繁忙，如果驾车出行，请预留额外时间。工作人员很有礼貌，早餐提供充足的选择，有一些当地美食。唯一的缺点就是没睡好，房间温度太高，酒店房间里有电风扇，但对降温没有帮助。

Just perfect! Everything was impeccable: friendly and effective service, excellent large room with everything needed, great buffet breakfast, and outstanding location. I stayed overnight before a flight from Wuxi Shuofang International Airport, and the location couldn’t be better for that. Coming by train from Shanghai in the afternoon, the hotel entrance is literally right outside the exit gate of Wuxi Central Station, and then next morning, Metro Line 3 which is under the station meant an easy 30 minute trip to the airport.

简直太完美了！一切都无可挑剔：友好而有效的服务、配备所需一切的优秀大房间、美味的自助早餐以及优越的地理位置。我在从无锡硕放国际机场起飞前在这里住了一晚，这里的位置再好不过了。下午从上海坐火车过来，酒店入口就在无锡中央车站出口门外，第二天早上，地铁3号线就在车站下面，只需30分钟即可轻松到达机场。

地理位置優越，高鐵站和地铁站近在咫尺。名牌酒店連鎖酒店，設施，服務都有保證，房間也夠大，早餐也可以，唯一不足的就是步行距離之內沒有什麼好的餐廳，當然可通過樓下的地鐵在二三站之內找到很好的。

无锡中央车站假日酒店交通便利，二楼就是高铁站，客房卫生干净整洁。很喜欢酒店的氛围，九楼服务员曹洋大姐服务态度特别好！非常热情！为外地来无锡旅游的我们介绍了哪些好玩的景点！是个性价比不错的酒店，下次还会选择入住这家酒店。

地點很方便，下面就是高鉄及地鉄去那裏都都方便👍房間夠大，清潔到位，惟一就是健身室修理中，附近又沒有公園及跑步徑，對於喜歡做運動的人，有少少遺憾，希望下次再來時，健身室可以正常運作！

高鐵和地鐵上蓋，地點絕對方便。大型連鎖店，服務，管理有一定的保證，床鋪舒適，衛生間乾淨，房間也夠大，早餐在水平之上，唯一不足的附近沒有好的餐廳。

New hotel as part of the central station. Friendly and accomodating personal.|Bad english, but efforts are beiing made. Nice rooms, good Chinese breakfast.|Good location, close to the city centre. Shops are around, easy access.|Stuff is very helpful in special requirements.

My partner and I wanted to spend the weekend relaxing in a hotel in central Wuxi, check in in the morning, enjoy the hotel facilities and comfortable bed, and go home in the evening. Under normal circumstances, IHG does not provide Day Use options in mainland China, but the hotel is very flexible and understands our needs. It arranged early check-in for us and helped us advance the breakfast provided by diamond members from the second day to the first day. We were also given a room upgrade. This really helped our trip. We received a welcome call prior to check in. During checking in, hotel front desk provided warm service, and we also received a warm welcome from the restaurant staff. The hotel's suite is very good. We have stayed at every hotel in Wuxi. The suite specifications of this hotel can be ranked among the top three in Wuxi without exaggeration. The design is very simple and clean with large-sized TV and great air conditoner system. In general, the hotel provides excellent service and IHG members enjoy exceptional recognition and treatment. This is undoubtedly a perfect trip. We will definitely come back next time.
