The room was clean and met my needs. But the problem is with the service. The hotel staff told me the wrong information on the phone. After I told the hotel that there would be a guest checking in at 4 am in multiple rooms and asked if it was possible to check in early, the hotel told me that I could check in at 4 am Early check-in. When I got to the hotel the hotel refused to check me in and told me I had to book another day. I asked if there was an hourly room, the hotel told me no. If the hotel had given me the right information, I wouldn't have paid for a full day for a few hours.房间很干净，能达到我的需求。但是问题出在服务上。酒店的工作人员在电话中告诉我了错误信息，在我告知酒店我的多个房间中会有一位客人在早上4点入住，询问是否可以提前入住的情况下，酒店告诉我可以在早上4点提前入住。我到酒店后酒店拒绝入住并且告诉我必须再订一天。我询问是否有钟点房，酒店告诉我没有。如果酒店告诉我了正确信息我完全没必要为了几个小时而付一整天的房费。

Everything was good until a protruding screw on the top of the closet scratched the keyboard of my iPad. The hotel tried to compensate me with a free meal and some bath kit. I refused and left.However, besides that bad experience, the hotel is well located just besides the Jiangnan University subway station and counts with everything a student would need for a practical stay.

I have been staying here at IBIS Jiangnan University for the past few nights and yes its good. It doesn't necessarily have a lot of amenities and all, but those things it does have are quite ample. Its close to subway stations, lots of good food outlets, department stores and the lights of downtown are only a train ride away. Its a good hotel and I recommend it.

Yes, I have been staying in this hotel for the past few weeks. This is my second time here and I would certainly come back again - as I did this time !!! One thing I really noticed the 2nd time around was the service given at the hotel. No frills, no fuss, just good solid service . The staff here are young and very capable of serving the way IBIS expects. They certainly did not disappoint and I happily recommend IBIS Hotel Wuxi Jiangnan University.

Near metro and down has alot of food shop. Everything is great, the bed everything good and clean
