苏州吴中希尔顿逸林酒店

I have been staying at this hotel for about 15 times (so far) since its opening over a year ago. The staff are very friendly. This is the place i go to wind down and have a change of scenery from my routine. Some of the high floor rooms oversee the lake Taihu. Each stay is always enhanced by the welcome of Eunice in the lounge. She is very enthusiastic and ensures her guests are comfortable. The breakfast is very well managed by Allen Hu and his team including Maida. The hotel also has a good pool. sauna/steam room and a well equipped gym.

自从这家酒店开业一年多以来，我已经在这家酒店住过大约 15 次（到目前为止）。工作人员非常友好。这是我放松身心并改变日常生活的地方。部分高层客房俯瞰太湖。每次入住都因尤尼斯在休息室的热情欢迎而变得更加美好。她非常热情并确保客人感到舒适。早餐由 Allen Hu 和他的团队（包括 Maida）管理得很好。酒店还有一个不错的游泳池。桑拿/蒸汽浴室和设备齐全的健身房。

今天天气放晴，出门来一趟小旅行。房间不紧张，感谢前台小帅哥thomas给我一个金会员升级了房间，行政酒廊小姐姐eunice十分热情，给我介绍了附近游玩的地方。本来想傍晚出去，天工不作美，又下雨了。只能在宽敞的房间美美睡一觉咯。

The hotel has a nice and beautiful environment, the staff is very kind and many of them can communicate in English. We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The breakfast also worth it. I was there with my family for Taihu Marathon, really close to the starting line.

酒店环境优美，工作人员非常友善，很多人都能用英语交流。我们在这家酒店度过了愉快的经历。早餐也值得。我和家人一起去参加太湖马拉松，离起跑线很近。

Location is industrial and not many eateries nearby. Hotel staff service is excellent except the mini fridge bar is not working correctly.

位置属于工业区，附近餐馆不多。酒店工作人员的服务非常好，只是迷你冰箱不能正常工作。

The Hotel is quite new, very nice.I have asked for a late check-out at 2 pm which was no problem.It is always difficult to rate the location. It is far away from the citycenter but for my needs, it was very good, a 15 minutes walk to the subway.I did not have breakfast but dinner was good.

酒店很新，非常好。我要求延迟到下午2点退房，这没有问题。总是很难评价酒店的位置。距离市中心较远，但对于我的需求来说，已经很好了，步行15分钟即可到达地铁。我没有吃早餐，但晚餐很好。

酒店位置方便，交通方便，但房間偏細，希望下次可以安排高樓層，早餐尚可接受，沒有什麼特別，可食可不食🤣

Just ok for a Hilton…The room and welcome cookies were nice, and it’s very clean and new. Breakfast was also adequate, with Chinese options and some mostly mediocre western options. Be warned, the location is super remote and located in an industry zone, with no restaurants or cafes nearby, so factor that into your travel plans…it takes at least 20 minutes by car to get to anywhere in central Suzhou.

对于希尔顿来说还可以……房间和欢迎饼干都很好，而且非常干净和新。早餐也很充足，有中式选择和一些大多平庸的西式选择。请注意，该位置非常偏远，位于工业区，附近没有餐馆或咖啡馆，因此请在您的旅行计划中考虑到这一点......距离苏州市中心的任何地方至少需要 20 分钟车程。

服務態度非常之細心，首先送上曲奇餅做禮物，回到房間又安排了送上水果盤，房間非常之整潔乾淨，最緊要商務出差有一張枱和櫈可以做文件工作，有大浴缸，裝修非常之華麗，值得再回來和推薦，加上非常之美味嘅早餐，值得回味，
