Surprised of this little gem. Right in front of a lake, good for walks, and you can join in the various groups doing line dancing in the evevnings.|Rooms are nice and cosy with big TV screen. Do note that there is no english movie channels for now, only English news channels. You might wanna bring your movie stick or cast from your mobile.|Furnishing are new and comfortable. Have a makeup table for the ladies.|They have a very nice and warm Executive Lounge at 21st floor looking over the lake.|There is a chinese restaurant if you fancy eating in. Try out the BBQ (char siew) dish and the any fish dishes. The noodles in black souce are also very nice. |Also have buffet dinner on Fridays - Sundays|Breakfast offer continental and local dishes. Do try out the soup noodles and won tons.|There is a supermarket next to the hotel and many types of local food. |There is a food mall 5 mins walk beside the lake.|I give full marks for the nice and cosy rooms, for the staff especially at the 2nd floor chinese restaurant and Exec Lounge and Front Desk.|Subway is 5 mins walk fromnhotel.

I must commend the duty manager, Lorraine, whose unwavering enthusiasm and dedication significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Her attentiveness and professionalism are truly commendable, adding an extra layer of warmth to the hospitality provided at the hotel

酒店前台給我們免費升級了豪華湖景大床房,可以看到尹山湖的日出日落,景觀非常好.房間內的設備都很不錯,空間很大,我家先生飯後都可以在房間內散步.酒店的工作人員服務態度不錯,特別是礼宾部王威王先生,從帶我們看客房到搬行李入住,再到離開酒店,全程熱情耐心周到,非常專業敬業,感謝感謝！還有礼宾部另外一位小男孩,也是非常好,感恩遇到你們！提一下與工作人員服務態度無關的幾點：1.酒店不應該在半夜擅自更改空調的製冷方式、導致房間温度比室外温度高,我們需要開啟自帶的風扇降低室温,現代化社會居然還有這等令人哭笑不得之事,請反省. 2. 豪華湖景房的電動窗簾居然沒有遥控,酒店的答覆是“自己用手拉就好了”. 3. 房間的所有開關按扭只有圖標沒有文字、但圖標似乎並不能讓普通人很好理解所代表的功能.以上三點,僅獻給Hilton酒店的高層,不是投訴,是一個房客的真實看法

The room is really great got free upgrade to suite room.||The location is close to lake and have metro station next to the hotel. It is really good view when the sunset down.||The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. Also have Dyson hairdryer. ||Good for business travel too.

景很美，照片完全沒修過圖，可惜當天突然降溫，沒有陽光！服務很好，態度也非常好，我們附近商場吃完午餐提早入住了，也不用等，不過可能因為提早，所以入住的房在酒店另一邊，所以湖景不是全景，如果晚點入住，可能客房清好了是住另一邊的房，就是全景了！晚上在飯店吃自助餐，品質也不錯！早餐可能因為十一假期人多了點，稍為等下，但是服務人員動作很快！房間裡面空間不算小，還加了一張床！主要是新的飯店，乾淨、新穎，住起來舒服

总体都不错👍🏻早餐品种较多，点心味道好！接待人员很热情周到，尤其是前台程龙江先生更貼心的替我免費提升了房间，內有大浴缸，感观很好👍🏻

酒店前台工作人員很友好,為我們升級了湖景大床房,房間非常大,景觀很好,可以看到整個尹山湖.整體感覺良好

We had a nice view of the lake and there's a mall walking distance from Hilton. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk was so helpful especially on using Meituan to order food from Pizza Hut.

我们可以看到美丽的湖景，距离希尔顿酒店步行即可到达一家购物中心。早餐很美味。前台非常乐于助人，尤其是在使用美团从必胜客订餐时。
