Holiday Inn Express Suzhou Shihu University Town

Got a two bedroom and it was very spacious, there was adequate amenities and there was a nice spread of complimentary breakfast. The washroom is a little awkward as it was an open space design and there werent any places to hand your clothes as the shower and the washroom area are separated by door. Besides that the walls were extremely thin, there was a patron next door over and we could hear them have a phone call in full. Room service was also really fast as they used a robot to bring you soap, water etc. Had a great stay overall!

有两间卧室，非常宽敞，设施齐全，还有丰盛的免费早餐。洗手间有点尴尬，因为它是开放式空间设计，没有任何地方可以放衣服，因为淋浴和洗手间区域是由门隔开的。除此之外，墙壁非常薄，隔壁还有一位顾客，我们可以听到他们正在打电话。客房服务也非常快，因为他们使用机器人给你送肥皂、水等。总的来说，住得很愉快！

各位服務人員包括早餐煮麵姐姐都很親切體貼,尤其感謝海燕和sherry給的溫暖感受,因此我們又續住。讓我想大讚的是浴室是双排水孔,使用時排水超給力,用水超時水壓仍正常。房間的空間很舒適,早餐豐富讓人不自覺就吃太飽了！很喜歡酒店提供的浴巾很柔軟很細緻且吸水快乾,一定要來體驗喔!

Overall it’s a great hotel, staff was helpful and the breakfast was good! There’s a subway station right at the entrance that will take you to the center!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, western and Chinese options available. No complaints. Will visit again.
