暑假來旺山這間渡假村入住，整體非常棒的體驗，是一個很好的避暑山莊。酒店處於旺山秀氣的山巒中，空氣分外清新，環境清幽閒適，道路亦非常乾淨。樓間荷塘、一大片深幽竹林美景。別緻的茶軒處於竹林中，在這環境下品嚐優質的中國茶，顯得格外清幽恬靜，頓時處於世外桃源之感。酒店劉管家服務貼心，在入住期間不時微信他的推薦及建議，劉管家很快回覆，及推薦酒店附近的農家菜，茶軒茶葉推介，還發送旺山旅遊攻略。他還貼心幫忙轉換茶軒券，可以免費同時享受溫泉及茶軒。值得一讚。酒店包早餐，早餐款式多，及令人滿意。餐廳及酒店員工服務親切，都會主動與你聊天，及推介蘇州特色。茶軒服務員服務亦非常友善。整體今次夏天來旺山渡假避暑非常舒適，環境幽美，酒店不錯的服務。如有機會下次再訪旺山，必定再下塌環秀曉築。

Beautiful hotel with lovely bamboo forests. It is very quiet and green. The breakfast had a nice variety. It’s the perfect little getaway.

美丽的酒店，有美丽的竹林。这里非常安静而且绿色。早餐种类丰富。这是一次完美的小度假。

The hotel is not bad, the room was clean and pleasant to stay. The bed was quite comfortable. The area around is green, you can have a walk or enjoy a warm bath in the hot springs, but there were many people and music played loudly, kids run with water guns, so it’s not really nice for relaxation. One thing that really spoiled my weekend, there were the construction works near to my room window (on the parking behind the trees) that were started at 4:30am on Sunday!!! Of course it didn’t let me to sleep well and enjoy my stay there as I felt broken for the rest of the day without good sleeping.

酒店还不错，房间干净，住得很愉快。床很舒服。周围绿化很好，可以散步，也可以泡温泉，但是人多，音乐大声，孩子们拿着水枪跑，不太适合放松。一件真正破坏我周末的事情是，我的房间窗户附近（在树后面的停车场）正在施工，施工于周日凌晨 4:30 开始！当然，它并没有让我睡得好，也不能享受在那里的住宿，因为我在这一天剩下的时间里都没有睡好觉，感觉很崩溃。

It is an amazing place. The scenery is breathtaking. The room was big and always clean.The staff was helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Lilian she is the best and made sure everything was perfect. Breakfast can be better. However, I will definitely go there again. Thank you so much Lilian for everything. If, I could I will definitely give Lilian a 10.

这是一个很棒的地方。风景令人叹为观止。房间很大而且总是很干净。工作人员乐于助人而且友善。他们竭尽全力让我们住得舒适。特别感谢莉莲，她是最棒的，确保一切都很完美。早餐可以更好。不过，我肯定会再去那里。非常感谢莉莲所做的一切。如果可以的话我一定会给Lilian打10分。

大廳及門面設計挺不錯，酒店整體質量挺高，房間附有小陽台可以享受清幽的外景。離溫泉區很近，不過若是單純泡湯的遊客不一定需要入住，若是想泡完湯慢慢享受慢生活可以考慮訂此酒店

Great location and hot springs. Friendly staff. Very good authentic Suzhou restaurant. Clean and fresh air. AC did not work, but I was given extra water and advised to keep the balcony open which worked well.

位置优越，还有温泉。友好的工作人员。非常正宗的苏州餐厅。空气干净清新。空调坏了，但他们给了我额外的水，并建议我保持阳台打开，效果很好。

Nice hotel, beautiful villa on the lake. Delicious dinner at the restaurant but very average quality breakfast. No cart or mini bus to take luggage to the vila which is 5-10mins walk away.The hot springs and pool was terrrible - it’s open to the public and way too busy. Targeted at kids entertainment - do not go if you want a relaxing hot springs or spa

I came to this resort twice with visitors in the spring of 2015. All of my visitors were delighted by the hotel itself and the surrounding scenery: The bamboo forest, the tea house, the Qianjiawu village, the 9 dragon pond, Baohua Temple, and the Dongshan Peninsula area. The rooms are very large and comfortable / elegant, with a lovely balcony. Included in the price of the room are two tickets to the hot springs. We loved the hot springs! Clean, and beautiful landscaping. The walks near the hotel were great. This is a good hotel to come with young kids, as the hotel grounds are hardly frequented by traffic. Breakfast was good, have it on the terrace if it is open.

2015年春天，我和游客两次来到这个度假村。所有的游客都对酒店本身和周围的景色感到满意：竹林、茶馆、钱家坞村、九龙池、宝华寺、东山半岛地区。房间非常大、舒适/优雅，有一个漂亮的阳台。房费中包含两张温泉门票。我们很喜欢这里的温泉！干净整洁，景观优美。酒店附近的散步很棒。这是一家适合带小孩子入住的好酒店，因为酒店场地很少有交通堵塞。早餐很好，如果开放的话可以在露台上享用。
